It's a nice and friendly environment, I love this.

The hotel was too expensive for the services they provided. Staff was unfriendly. We were given the basement room which did not have all the amenities not even the radiator was working but to be fair when asked for it they provided us with a room heater.

不要訂這個酒店，一進去就有外國人在投訴，外觀看似還不錯… 一名中國前台和外國前台，需要提供信用卡的所有訊息才能辦理入住，包括三位數的安全碼… 從沒見過這種操作！而且必須先扣100鎊，果斷去對面住了，還不給退錢，最後還得麻煩攜程公司團隊幫忙退回！

酒店位置優越，酒店門口11路車直接到機場，出門不到5分鐘，就是博物館，格拉斯哥大學等，酒店24小時有人服務，房間乾淨整齊，有早餐，也可以自己到餐廳就餐，關鍵是前台服務小哥英俊瀟灑，一頭金髮，態度親切，非常滿意
