The bedroom has a large double simba mattress bed, Dressing table and hair dryer, Extra seating area with lots of storage space, Smart TV with Netflix and Air conditioning. Extra bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchenette has a Smart TV with Netflix, induction cooker, washer dryer, dishwasher, cooking utilities and utensils, Carbon monoxide, smoke alarm and First Aid Kit. Cleaning supplies are also left. The bathroom has a newly installed walk in shower area, thermostatic shower, shaver plug socket installed along with cupboard storage space. Bathroom supplies will also be left for guests such as towels, soaps, shower gel and shampoo. The hallway is where the thermostat for the heating is located. The cupboard is used for clothes and has lots of hangers, storing suitcases, ironing board also available. In the private balcony space there is a table with chairs, tumble dryer with additional chest freezer. The property has been adapted to suit children as well as adults, there is foldable guard rails for sleeping and various other safety measures such as baby gates, socket covers. Guests have the entire property to themselves and can access all areas. The property is located in North Kelvinside Glasgow’s west end area, This buzzing neighbourhood on the north side of Great Western Road has a number of obvious attractions, not least of which is the glorious Botanic Gardens.
