Supposed to be non smoking but the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Didn’t feel safe. They wouldn’t refund me. I ended up going somewhere else anyway.

The smell of the room knocked us out and we said we couldnt stay. The staff was rude. The furniture was broken and old. Didnt get our money back but left. Will never stay at a Budget Inn OYO again.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM OR STAY HERE!! The place is trashy, filthy, staff are RUDE, scary 'customers'. The hotel/Booking.com will not refund my money for 2 nites that I did not stay - $384.50! I wrote letters and they won't respond. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

The ONLY thing that was ok about this place is the nice lady at the front desk.
She tried to be very accommodating - but...
They DON'T accept pets, even though that's why we reserved there, but that's okay, because I don't even think pets should stay there!
