Staff crept into my room and another guests room at 9:45 at night. I felt very unsafe. Dietry requirements were could not be met even after multiple conversations with staff and one manager. That is the short version, don’t get me started on the state of the place, broken cupboards, uneven flooring etc isn’t even worth a mention compared to the staffing and management issues. Comfy bed and clean sheets gets the one star. Never staying here again.

Gladstone city is a nice town and hotel is very near to city center although there are some issues with the stay itself as 1) Internet services provided in hotel is very poor, you cannot at any point of time get good signals in cabin and even after being raised the same issue, it was not resolved. 2) The hotel is not at all appropriate for vegan or vegetarian customers as they only have 2 to 3 dishes available ( Being a vegetarian it was a big issue for me). 3) Sometimes there is issue with restaurant like sometime you get incomplete order or even after charging they forget to provide dessert so be cautious. 4) Property is average. 5) Rooms are like 1 BHK flats nice and spacious you also get your own cutlery and hot plates to prepare your food a medium size refrigerator.

This was a nice surprise for a high rise hotel. Generous parking friendly staff. On site restaurant. Quick room service and a great view of the city and coastline. Cosy and central to town. Only a little noise. Only complaints are the patio door jams a bit, the elevator is a bit noisy and the lighting is a little dull. They really need some lamps. Otherwise lovely stay looking forward to going back.

I totally recommend staying here then staying anywhere else in Gladstone. From check in, you are welcomed by Nita, who BTW is nothing short then amazing. Quick and easy check in. Has international info readily at hand. She pretty much is your best google while you are here in Gladstone. My room (recently reno) was just spectacular. The sea view was to die for. Watching little to huge ships sail in. At night while the docks are all lit up, is truly beautiful 😍 Mini bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. Clean, fresh and comfortable bed!! Ahhhh now the restaurant downstairs, Dimitri’s... I have no words to even come close to describing their culinary menu. I personally would recommend Mezes for a starter👌 Moreton Bay bugs for the main 🤩 Baklava for the dessert ❤ Divine Fine dining at its best! Compliments to the chef and the ladies FOH ❤
