Lovely small family run hotel, nicely situated in the old town but way from the noisy crowded streets. The room was large enough for two with a spacious bathroom. Everything was new and very clean. Breakfast was supplied, though on the room description, it stated no breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast was very good and was brought to our table, a very nice touch with freshly made breads and omelettes. The family run hotel really took care of us from early check-in to providing information and made sure we got on the local bus, which stopped outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend the Palroto hotel.

We recently stayed at this awesome family-owned hotel and loved every minute of it. The attention to detail was spot on, and the rooms were super clean and cozy. Our favourite moment was enjoying the breakfast in their beautiful courtyard. The owner Donald was amazing, going above and beyond with his service. He was so helpful with any questions we had and really made us feel at home. The breakfast was great with lots of yummy options. Plus, the location is perfect – close to all the attractions. The free parking nearby for hotel guests was a huge plus too. We highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

This is nice little place in the centre of the old town. There are 4 rooms, some, like ours, have a little balcony with great views. The rooms look newly done, they're immaculate and very clean. Nice to have black-out blinds on the windows for a good night's sleep. It's on a "main" cobbled lane, but there's very little traffic and we didn't experience any noise. The family that run it live on the top floor and are there if you need them, but not obtrusive. We had excellent breakfasts, served in a small sun lounge area. Lots of food, freshly cooked and varied from day to day. If you're on a motorbike, as two guests were, you can park it in the little courtyard. We parked our car 40 metres down the road with no difficulties.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per visitare Agirocastro.Arrivarci è stato veramente un problema perché devi arrivarci dal castello e poi scendere per strette stradine. Fortunatamente un abitante ci ha dato una mano per raggiungere il luogo, e poi il proprietario, visto che l'auto a noleggio era piccola ce l'ha fatta mettere in garage. La camera dava sul giardinetto interno al primo piano, sufficientemente pulita ma minuscola con difficoltà ad appoggiare gli zaini a terra. Un po' rumorosa visto che si sentiva tutto nelle camere accanto, ma per il prezzo con colazione inclusa è andato benissimo. Il mobilio è tutto nuovo e l'ambiente accogliente. Da sottolineare vicino all'hotel diverse case torri ottomane e i 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal castello (salita)

Petite hôtel assez difficile d'accès dans la vieille partie de la ville bien sympathique. Il y a un parking privé à 100 mètres, ce qui est précieux à Gjirokaster ! Bon accueil. Les petites chambres sont assez récentes et bien propres. Malheureusement, pas de table ni de lampe de chevet côté gauche du lit. Le propriétaire nous a préparé quelques beignets sans gluten et il y avait même du beurre ! C'était léger mais l'intention était adorable, car c'est compliqué de trouver quelque chose sans gluten en Albanie...

Hotel nel centro di Argirocastro con piacevole giardinetto, camere recentemente ristrutturate con buon gusto e soprattutto funzionali. Le camere sono pulite e fanno il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Colazione migliorabile, latte centellinato, impossibile avere lo yogurt.

Een zeer mooi ingericht hotel, gastvrije eigenaren die je graag te woord staan met tips. Locatie is perfect, 2 minuten van het oude centrum (Bazaar) en 5 minuten lopen naar het Kasteel van Gjirokater. Je moet wel even goed opletten bij het aanrijden, hotel ligt bovenaan de stad en je moet door wat smalle, nauwe en steile straatjes heen. Er is parkeergelegenheid. Ontbijt een dikke 10, gezellig in de tuin. Hotel heeft alles om nog eens terug te gaan.
