This hotel was one of the highlights of our stay in Albania! The renovations were incredible. The woodworking and art were amazing and fine. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Drinks in the lobby bar area were excellent and they have a capuccino machine for guests to use. The hotel is well situated for walking the old town and even in early September was crowded but that we expected. There is a parking garage nearby and we advise using it and then walking around on foot. There is a refrigerator for storing drinks and fruits available at nearby mini markets and shops.

Located very easy walk to the Castle of Gjirokastra; Argjiro Hotel has been renovated to match the ambiance of the area with impressive and detailed hand-crafted wood working in the reception area. The room we stayed was also had an opulent carved wood working in the ceiling. This property also offered free breakfast, and the hotel also owns the attached restaurant where we ate and the food and service were also excellent. A great place to stay when visiting Castle of Gjirokastra in Southern Albania .

Three nights very nice Hotel for Albania . Clean small room with a view of the valley Very small TV and no English Channels Amenities ok but not replenished every day Fridge and coffee kettle nice but again no coffee replenished each day Air conditioning was on and very cold room Finally they turned heat on Staff very friendly and willing to help but this is Albania

This was an amazing hotel. My room was so nice. The breakfast was very tasty and it’s on such a nice street. There is a terrace on the second floor which is beautiful, and also has a pretty view of the street I strongly recommend this for anyone with family or friends!

A pleasant old style hotel, converted from an old palace. Our room was fairly small but quiet, comfortable and well appointed. Generally friendly helpful staff. Good generous breakfast. A good base to explore this interesting town.

We were a group of 10 people and had reserved 5 double rooms. Everything was great, comfortable rooms with all necessary equipment. Staff was very kind as gentle. Breakfast was included in room price and it was amazing. We had a variety of foods so it met all our expectations.It had a great location too. I would absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel in a lovely historic building only a few feet from the Old Bazaar. The double room is very spacious and my room offered a great view over the Ottoman-era rooftops of the town. Breakfast was included with my booking and it was amazing with a big selection of hot and cold food on offer. You'll love your stay here!

Nice hotel which has been renovated beautifully. Access is a bit difficult due to the ongoing works nearby. Group check in was very good. Room clean but was the smallest of all the hotels we stayed at, as was the bathroom. Good location for the castle and local cobbled streets.
