Very pleasant young team with good English in charge of reception and the breakfasts. Terrace with stunning views. Just on the edge of the old town - everywhere easy to walk to and friendly (but don’t go for the gastronomy) restaurants. A comfortable place to stay.

Very disappointed in the fact that we went to ask for new towels and were told they would send towels up after taking our old ones. Never got them. Floors were disgusting. Beds unwashed and stained. Looked like someone had done a line of coke on the bathroom counter. The amount of homeless that was on the property made it feel very unsafe

The toilet it was nasty dirty they don’t wash it,the sheets has stains,the room smells horrible and it supposed to be no smoking but i can smell how othe people smell and it feels like someone it was smoking in my room ,people smoking **** and cigarettes,the key for the room it doesn’t work properly the sink it was a little bit clogged,definitely never again is not a good place for families horrible place and nasty more that $100 for suffering one night ugh i feel scammed

We had no towels for shower, and asked for bath towels and they handed us 4 hand towels and said sorry that all we have and then we left for a bit and came back and bed was stripped we asked for bedding and they gave it to us and made us make the bed, then took the main blanket and returned it 4 hours later, and the bedding they stripped off they left in corner of room and got into thw room and no toilet paper..Only good thing was no bed bugs

The check in was smooth, but once i got into the room there were no towels, the toilet was diry (showed a photo at the front) asked for a new room. The second room didnt have towels so i had to walk down from the 3rd floor to the other end of the building to ask for towels. That took awhile. Just not an originized place. They definitely need to improve.

My family and I booked this hotel for a three-night stay, but we had a terrible experience from the moment we arrived. There was no running water in the entire building, and neither the manager nor the front desk staff mentioned this issue when we checked in. I only found out after getting to the room, and when I brought it to their attention, they acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. The manager said someone would check on it, but after hours of waiting, no one followed up. Several other guests were also complaining about the same problem. On top of that, the room was dirty — there was trash on the floor, it smelled like smoke, and there were even what appeared to be boogers on the wall. I have no idea how housekeeping was “cleaning” the bathrooms with no running water in the entire building. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone — not even for one night.

Meh!!!! The sheets were filthy and we called the front desk and they came and handed us sheets and walked away. They did not give us towels I had to call and ask for some. We were kinda disappointed in the cleanliness Also there were people outside partying all night. It was loud and they looked as if they were all doing shady stuff

BEWARE!! Obviously full time tenants living off the government dime.. Would never go there again. I’ve never given such a bad rating but this place is beyond bad. Dirty. Sketchy. Husband did not even want me going to car after dark. Please do yourself a favor…DO NOT stay here.
