The place is beautiful, check in was very easy, it was very quiet and there’s a lovely lady who helped us boom a taxi and with details of where to go. I would defo go and stay again but will probably hire a car as public transport isnt great

Very nice a**osphere and good facilities. The location right across from Givskud Zoo is excellent. Furthermore, the free shuttle bus to Legoland, Lalandia and more is a big plus for families travelling without a car.

PRO - Best value for money for this hotel (despite being called a hostel) located inside the Giskud zoo, just 20km from Billund airport and Legoland. - Also very convenient for visiting the UNESCO site of Jellings. - a lot of attention to sustainability - ideal for families with small children - there is a comfortable shared kitchen Cons: - Not the best in cleanliness. - Breakfast too expensive for what is offered. - Beds to be made and unmade independently.

Overall a nice experience with you. We had a single night as a family. Good service and smiling staff.
Seemed like our family room hadn't had the floors cleaned properly. There was sand on the floors.
Good breakfast buffet.
We would definitely like to come again.

We have a completely fantastic experience with our 2 grandchildren aged 1 and 3.
After a lovely day at the zoo, all 4 of us took in the lovely and quiet surroundings.
Check-in went completely according to the book with an incredibly sweet and friendly lady at the reception.
After a nice breakfast, it was back to a nice day at the zoo.
We can highly recommend staying one night or more at your lovely place.
We will definitely be back
