Room was nice. Main reason I marked the rating down to good was the noise coming from the Port all night, it didn’t stop and the banging was very loud.

Foyer and shared area was immaculate, room itself had a few areas that need tidying up in the bathroom (shower door/tap sealing messy, vent was very dusty).
Parking all good.
Pool was great but lights went off automatically at 830 (clerk said pool shut at 9, couldn't turn them back on, understandable)

Parking so easy. Service at reception wonderful. Room amazing with a view over the waterway, so relaxing to sit and watch the activities below. Quiet, beautifully clean, comfy bed, a perfect night. I booked last minute online due to the hotel I was staying in the first night being so bad I had to shift. What a delight to be in this one, safe, clean and a great nights rest.

My favourite was the ground-floor room facing the city — peaceful, immaculate, and beautifully presented. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The staff were warm and welcoming, and reception was very accommodating, promptly providing swim towels when needed. The pool area was clean and refreshing, adding to an overall relaxing stay. Our room overlooked the car park, the weather was awful and we could not open the ranchslider to let air in. There was no window... The room was clean and tidy.
