The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It is a good convenient hotel to spend a few days without spending too much. It is not for east**** comfortable, for that one room is taken in more class hotels with sofas and master service, it is a passing place, to sleep and enjoy the stay in the beautiful city of Girona. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel. In the end, a reasonable hotel for adjusted budgets.

Hotel económico con todo lo necesario. Al lado de la autopista. Limpio. Las sábanas blancas y limpias, colchones y almohadas cómodos. El desayuno básico y correcto. El personal muy amable y correcto. Un saludo para la chica que estaba en recepción y preparaba a veces el desayuno que tenía un pañuelo en la cabeza. Siempre sonreía. Permiten perros. Y es fantástico que hay café e infusiones gratuitas. La pequeña pega que le pongo, es que el baño tiene la puerta y un poco de pared de cristal opaco, pero molesta con los ruidos y la luz, si el acompañante duerme. Pero aún así repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Girona.

Liked Big airy room as you'd expect in a four star business/convention hotel Large well appointed bathroom Comfortable bed Big terrace with (very small) pool overlooking the city – actually not a very pretty view as most of the nicest part obscured – but still a sense of expanse and view Didn’t like Blasting music on terrace at all times I was there. Breakfast was appalling. It was explained to us when we arrived that due to covid they did not allow guests to serve themselves at a buffet but that there would be someone at the counter to serve us and get us what we wanted. What we actually found the next morning was a breakfast service more akin to something you might get at a railway station platform (and not a very good one at that) A few pastries, some prepacked items. There were some bananas and oranges. My husband spotted a fridge with some plastic packages of fruit salad. The coffee was awful. Why when so many coffee machines can provide good quality? Cups, plates and cutlery all disposable so it also looked like a station platform when people had finished. Really slow service at the counter leading to some long queues. This was so far from the standard one would expect of a hotel of this supposed quality and covid is really no excuse. Other hotels we stayed at during our trip were able to provide covid compliant breakfasts. Maybe they are trying to save money as lack of business travel must be an issue for them. Tatty corridor carpet I had chosen this as I wanted a hotel with a pool for relaxing after visiting the city. If returning to Girona I’d probably choose something more central and where I could escape elsewhere for breakfast if unlucky enough to find myself faced with equally poor standard of food and coffee.

Spent 2 night there. Very nice hotel, room simple and clean. Very good breakfast. 10-15 minutes walk to the old town and 25 minutes walk to bus/train. I was worried before I booked that will be to far but was fine. If I will go again to Girona I am sure that I will stay in Ibis again

Great hotel, very nice pool, staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was brilliant and very reasonable, we ate there two out of four nights. Lots on the menu, even whole monkfish tail. Massive steaks too. Breakfast was so-so but standard pricing. The location is great if you’re mobile but the bus stop is just across the road so you can get into town easily either way (about a 20 minute walk, less than ten minutes on the bus). If you’re looking to visit the beaches, be prepared for a journey as they are very far away and hard to navigate via public transport. Taxis are expensive. The hotel staff printed the timetables off for us because they wouldn’t show on Google Map. Highly recommended though. We went snorkelling and sea kayaking and saw octopus and explored caves. Only negative to say about the hotel is that they charge for the hot tub and it’s €7 per person. Felt like it should be included but maybe you get a specific amount of slots based on your length of stay? Didn’t seem like anyone was booking it and I imagine it’s because most people feel it should be included.

My husband and I came as day guests because we wanted the use of a swimming pool. You pay €30 and get a towel and 1 drink (beer or soft drink). When we arrived the outdoor pool was like ice, we're hardy swimmers but this was ice ice and so we asked if we could swim in the indoor pool. No, you pay €30 to use the spa, we asked if we could pay for the spa instead of the outdoor pass and they said yes, but you cannot then sit outside???!! We said we didn't want to be sat indoors all day so got the outdoor pass. After an hour, noticing there was not one single other person at the indoor or outdoor pool, we explained again that the outdoor pool was unusable so could we just have one swim in the indoor pool otherwise we have paid €30 for a towel and a chair (which we have on our large terrace at our accommodation for free!). We even offered to forego the free drinks to do so. We werent trying to get freebies, just asking for the ability to go for a swim like we'd paid for, making it clear we would not use the jacuzzi or anything else in the spa. Receptionist said she would get back to us in half an hour. 2 hours later....Nothing. Went back in and had to explain it all to 2 new ladies. Come back in 20 minutes. Went back and they said if you want to use the indoor pool you have to pay another €30. It was absolutely baffling that with zero other guests using the facilities and knowing we had paid for a pass to have use of a pool, they would not let us have 1 swim in an empty indoor pool. What difference does it make to them if we swim indoor or outdoor, zero. What difference would it have made to us, total. The actual advert for the pass doesnt even specify that the pool is outdoor only and when we emailed them in advance was also not advised this, nor that we had to have passports to enter (fortunately i had a photo of them on my phone, otherwise we would have had a wasted 30minute journey) because we were told we could not enter using our drivers license. Our sole purpose for coming was to swim, I'd had a bad fall and injured my leg and back quite severely and was coming to try and relieve it by swimming, instead I went back €30 worse off, irritated and still in pain. Their customer service skills and logic were appalling. What could have been a lovely, relaxing day out was totally overshadowed by their lack of hospitality.

Drie heerlijke dagen gehad op deze mooie plek. Masia can Pou is een charmante locatie met verschillende mooie plekjes in de grote tuin om te kunnen zitten. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met elke dag een andere specialiteit. Het is op meerdere dagen mogelijk om te dineren en dat is een echte aanrader! De eigenaar kan heerlijk koken. De kamers zijn mooi schoon en worden super netjes bijgehouden. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad ligt er mooi bij en is fijn om dit er bij te hebben met warme dagen. Wij vonden het in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's!

The resorts accommodation is the epitome of luxury and comfort with stunning architecture, decor and views! The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this beautiful resort! Personalized service throughout our stay made us feel so truly welcome and we had such a restful and rejuvenating time there. One of the best mountain getaways! The Castle is very well maintained keeping its authenticity with a modern touch. We booked the Pere Margarit suite and our stay couldn’t be comfier or more relaxing. The buffet breakfast is amazing with lots of options of high quality ingredients. Dinner in Drac Restaurant is also great. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Lika from the reception and Arnau in F&B. We will definitely come back soon!
