"My overall experience was good. The breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean. However, one thing made me uncomfortable – the receptionist. His unprofessional behavior, especially his constant staring, made me feel uneasy during my stay. Receptionists are the first point of contact, and they should be welcoming, respectful, and professional at all times. I would suggest providing him with proper training on customer service and professional conduct. Aside from this, everything else was great."
