Second time at this Hotel, Sept 2022 and March 2023 Bussiness and pleasure. From the moment we checked in, Staff members were ready to help and assist, with information, meals even emails and photo copies what a relieved, like everywere some are more helpful than others for instance Rodrigo Vallecilla knows the area like no bodys business and Benjamin Orozco what a pleasure always willing to "serve beyond the call of duty"

A pesar de no estar alojados en el hotel, fuimos a almorzar como en una ocasión previa. A pesar de que había muy pocos comensales, la espero fue larguísimo. Por sugerencia del mesero pedí la hamburguesa de la casa, pésima elección, la carne parecía de cartón, el pan duro y los vegetales marchitos. Después del primer bocado devolví el plato, no me preguntaron la razón ni me ofrecieron ninguna alternativa, por supuesto no lo cobraron. Lástima, porque el hotel es lindo y cuando habíamos lo habíamos visitado disfrutamos de un rico almuerzo. Debido a la mala atención ni volveré ni lo recomendaré.

Buenas Tardes, el fin de semana hicimos mi boda allá, solo tengo elogios para el hotel y su personal, de verdad que no tengo palabras para la gratitud tan grande que les tengo a todos, hicieron que mi boda fuera mágica, el servicio, la limpieza, las adecuaciones de todo, me siento muy feliz. Es una experiencia hospedarse. El personal es demasiado atento y afable, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado, el área de la piscina es perfecta. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas. Se esfuerzan por hacer la estadía lo mejor posible. Un detalle que me sorprendió es que tienen toallas en todo momento, porque normalmente es un problema tenerlas en la piscina, pero acá es la solución... Lo único a mejorar es el ruido del aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, creo que ya deben instalar unos nuevos. Definitivamente volveré por 3ra vez.

Desde la llegada hasta la salida todo fue increíble. El servicio en general es muy bueno y las instalaciones excelentes. La atención es muy buena. Me encanta, cada que vuelvo es mejor. Simplemente genial!!
