Es una casa colonial bellísima, los cocteles son exquisitos y la mejor atención brindada por parte de sus trabajadores. Ahora con la nueva administración se ve una mejoría tanto en el restaurante y en el bar. Es un hotel muy acogedor que guarda una historia única de la ciudad de Girardot .

Muy buen servicio, buenas instalaciones, me encantó, el servicio de los empleados es muy bueno, aunque hay música fuerte que viene de la calle, dentro de las habitaciones no se escucha y el descanso es muy bueno, los cocteles son de muy buen sabor

El hotel en su arquitectura es muy llamativo, y es un hotel fácil de ubicar en el centro, sin embargo hay que mencionar que no cuenta con parqueadero y la zona en la que se ubica no es segura en horas de la noche. Yo me alojé en las habs. Del segundo piso y tuvimos que cambiarnos porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, falta una nevera en la habitación, no hay comunicación con la recepción. La piscina esta linda y es amplia, Sin embargo estaba sucia. El desayuno está bien sencillo pero bien, el día de check out la recepcionista enfermó y el personal de reemplazo no sabía operar el datafono. Por el mismo precio consigues hoteles mejores en girardot. Resalto que el personal me atendió muy bien, siempre con buena disposición. Y dato a adicional: olvidé varias prendas de vestir lo cual es mi culpa (4 prendas), Sin embargo cuando me comuniqué con el hotel en horas de la noche después de mi salida solo apareció una (1) prenda.

El hotel es maravilloso. Es una excelente opción para disfrutar en familia. El lugar es tranquilo, las habitaciones son grandes y agradables. El servicio es perfecto. Almorzamos en el hotel y la comida es deliciosa. Agradecemos a todo el personal, en especial a Angélica por su amabilidad. Totalmente recomendado.
