This is one of the coolest hotels I have ever stayed in. It dates from the 1200s and contains so many artefacts! It is located in the old town so close to the sea, and has excellent views. There is a beautiful courtyard, a peaceful breakfast terrace, a solarium, and the incredible rooftop bar with stunning views of the sea and the old town! The hotel was so clean, the breakfast was nice, and the coffee was lovely! The ambiance in the hotel was incredibly peaceful. Staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and my room (3rd floor) had a lovely view of the sea. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

no parking facilities
The parking facilities are (if you are lucky) an available space back the building, which the concierge said that it was for residents in the area only. He try to make you buy a valet service in a modern parking facility which obviously is not included in the fee.

I couldn’t check in for over an hour. They left me stranded. Door closed and no one at the desk. There was another gentleman also trying to check in. He told me he was there for business from Milano, he got annoyed, booked somewhere else and left. The lady finally showed up and blamed it on *******.
The hotel is gorgeous, super comfortable and very clean.The location is perfect. Steps away from the piazza. I would book here again, next time I would call and make sure they’re at the desk before showing up.

Wonderful and relaxing stay outside of Bari (30 mins) and not far from the airport (15 mins). Highly recommend, kind and wonderful staff, great value.
