It’s a lovely hotel with good service and good view, expect a reception staff called阿波根(not sure if it’s his name accurately) he’s very rude to the customers
1: refusing to offer help for the customers. I extended a few nights star there, when I tried to ask him to update the room key for me, he searched his laptop and couldn’t find my reservation. I asked him POLITELY: “ can you restart your laptop, just in case your hotels reservation system collapses.” He was aggressively answered “ why??”
2. Another hotel staff showed up trying to help me, when 阿波根 explained the situation to him, he missed some details, so I tried to explain to that staff myself. And he instantly have the gesture and sound “shhhh” to me with a very rude attitude.
3. When he was talking with his colleague who tried to help me, he constantly use his finger to point me a few times ( and I’m pretty sure he did it on purpose)
And the funny thing is, I noticed that when there are other customers around( domestic customers especially) he changed his attitude to me instantly.
Overall it’s a lovely hotel, except this staff. And according to his attitude, I think it’s not the first time that he intentionally being rude to the foreigners.
