You get what you pay for.
Cheap, good location, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.
But,
The room is small, smelly, and the bathroom is moldy.
The hotel does not have enough parking spaces, you have to find them nearby, and they will not help recommend them.
I will not stay here again.

The equipment is great, the ones I care about are the microwave, refrigerator, sink and washing machine. The above facilities are very convenient. I don’t have much luggage and only carry it with me. Three sets of clothes are enough for five days in Okinawa.

A comfortable, air-conditioned room with great facilities including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, desk space, fairly large unit bathroom with shower including adjustable heat setting. The lobby was manned only for limited hours but direct messages before arriving ensured a smooth check-in, and for check-out just a key drop-off.

The elevator had a bit of a mold smell. Other than that the entire 13 days I was there went well. I enjoyed my stay.
