Good hotel. The check in is quick. The hotel was so full. I got the room very far from reception. Good part is that they build Good connection, can walk from inside. Room is good, spacious and luxurious.

The room was big, very clean and a very pleasant stay

Very good hotel with an indoor swimming pool, bowling alleys, fitness and wellness. The staff members were friendly and professional. The only thing i was not happy about: the amount of dust in my room. The hotel housekeepers should do a better job. Besides that, perfect.

excellent location, good breakfast, free parking , friendly and polite staff, room clean , privacy and safe place , good service, I will come again and again , I recommend it for family and kids will enjoy riding horse and many stable near hotel

Service and facility are great and clean. I wish I could stay one day more at the hotel to enjoy my time. When I siting in the room can hear clearly the talking from the corridor and the closing door from other room. it could be improved.

loved this place! great rooms, facilities, location, food with many many halal options, all of that. the pools were nice and there is bowling even. clean rooms and nice staff and location is excellent. we got 2 connecting rooms for our family and had a great time.

Wish more hotel staff were friendlier. The welcoming feeling from the two or three incredibly helpful and friendly staff members. ie the daytime female Manager, the Night time check in older gentleman and the breakfast hosts, (the nice feeling you get from their welcoming friendliness) dissipates completely when interacting with anyone else on staff. The rude taciturn negative energy shadows any relaxed positive state of being on site and makes you want to leave the premises and not come back.

I have had the most wonderful experience within you breakfast area with your breakfast chec Daniella. I have been to lots of hotels and for me the breakfast experience counts most. I asked Daniella to assist me with making egg mixed with mushrooms and some fresh chillies. Without any hesitation whe made sure to find what I needed without any effort by looking within your kitchen area. She made me feel welcoming and made sure I have what I need. I asked for a hot sauce as well and she made that possible as well. The reason why I say this that from the few van der valk hotels I have stayed has not made the effort at breakfast to make my needs feel as important as the stay. So I would like to tanks Daniella from the bottom of my heart for making this possible and going the extra mile for a avid van der valk customer. Will definitely come back because of her.

The bed sheet was never changed and reminder had to be made to make the baby cot sheet and clean the balcony

This was our first time staying at this hotel, it was an overnight stop on the way back from Germany to catch the ferry at the Hook of Holland the next day. Access to the hotel was very easy from the motorway. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Our room was very nice with a 'secret' doorway into the ensuite bathroom disguised as a picture. Our room had a small balcony with chairs. We made use of the leisure facilities and went for a swim in the pool. We had a free drinks voucher as for booking direct so in the evening we went to the bar and ordered a wine and a beer, we then walked through to the restaurant where we had previously booked a table. We were approached by a very stern looking waitress who demanded to know where we got our drinks from, we explained that we had a voucher and had brought them in from the bar, It rather spoilt the evening, we reported it to the duty manager but he didn't appear to be too concerned. We would definitely stay here again

nearby perfect facilities where pets are allowed... great overall experience with bonus for great rooms, perfect beds and amazing breakfast.

In general, the customer service, especially from the reception, is quite lackluster. You have to do everything for yourself. I am much more accustomed to having the employees take your luggage for you and accomodate you even more than what was experienced here. The value for money is definitely not worth it, especially for a suite package. There was no dinner included and the breakfast did not exceed expectations. In general, i was mainly dissapointed with the lack of care from the reception and felt that I had to do everything myself, which lowered the overall romantic getaway experience for me.

we left at 2300 and drove 3 hours back home. the beds was of so low and cheap quality - i am still having back pain several days later. a 100 euro IK|EA bed would be better. a real shame . the beds were so soft my wife could sinmply not sit on the bed - you almost touch the floor

Very happy with my stay here and would definitely look at staying here again the next time I’m working in the area. My room was very comfortable, the gym and pool facilities were good but the pool is a little on the small side if you’re looking to go for a proper swim. The restaurant had a good selection for lunch and dinner.
