The property is dated. Multiple rooms for our group had hair dryers that didn't work. This is something listed that should be in working order. The cord also fell out of the phone when calling the front desk.

Beds were actually very comfortable and area was quiet. Only reason for no 5 stars was because although fairly clean, the property was quite worn. That has been true of every hotel in Gillette. All the areas hotels we’ve stayed at are used hard and seem to wear out quickly.

Not sure if the room I received was due to getting through *******, but it was a least desirable room. Based on number of cars it was maybe a quarter full. I received aroom on third floor next to elevator. Not a great room when I am sure there were plenty of other rooms available.

The room was way to hot had to turn on the airconditioner when it eas below zero outside. Still did no cool off. Something must have been wrong with the register

Our room looked just like it did in the pictures. Check in was easy and pleasant. Cookies were available. The property was clean as well as the room. I would highly recommend this property!
