Quite mix feeling about this hotel. The staff was very welcoming but the room with sea view js just a disaster. Super dusty, weird smell from the bathroom and noise coming all night long from the street. Breakfast bread had mold in it...

The location is great, just out of the busy part but close enough. Private beach just 3 steps out of the hotel.
The staff is great, soo caring, soo thoughtful and soo loveable( really i can go on and on ). I am definitely coming back. I allready miss them ❤️.

The hotel is located right on the sea. The sea view is very beautiful, and it's worth booking the sea view.
I find the breakfast a bit sparse, as you can only choose between three or four dishes.
But all the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The only thing that happened to us was a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff removed it immediately.

First when we got there either the hotel owners or b..... useless agoda had made a mistake and the bungalow we had reserved was already occupied so we had to stay in two different on the first night then moveThe lady was fair and refunded part of the money. Not very clean. No air con in the main room. Good location but noisy.

This was our first night back in the Gilis and decided to give Blu a amare a go.I had the Tom Yum and my husband had a pizza.Pizza was nice but perhaps too much cheese.Tom you was excellent.Seating was nice and plenty of light.Staff were good too
