Little Coco Gili Trawangan Hotel

August 2023. It has been the worst experience of our life in a hotel. The first night we couldn't sleep at all because there was a rat in the room. We discussed the problem with the staff and asked for a room change (since changes were available that day). The hotel refused to give us that solution and simply covered a hole in the room wall, assuring us that the problem was solved. The second night, we noticed that the rat was still running around the room. We reported it to the staff again, and they told us that it was something common on the island, without giving us a solution. Finally, we had to sleep 4 people in 1 bed because there were no more hotels available on the island and no one offered us a solution. The next day, we found a hotel on our own and left. We did not receive any help, solution, responsibility, support in anything that was communicated to the staff. Passivity and rudeness was what we received. You understand that there may be animals on the island but you don't pay to sleep with rats... I would never return

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pour mon séjour à Gili et c'était un excellente surprise ! Le personnel est très serviable, dès l'accueil ils se sont présentés et ont été d'une aide formidable pour nous conseiller sur les incontournables de l'île. L'hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Meilleur rapport qualité prix que vous pourrez trouvé. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous y avons fait des rencontres inoubliables !
