Location is pretty near the central street but nestled in one of the small streets.
Service is 5/5, the staff were always ready to offer their service and check in on us.
Some of the amenities could be improved though, like the tiny and old TV, the broken clothes hanger on the wall.

Прежде всего хочется отметить отличный сервис: безумно дружелюбный персонал, пошли на встречу, заселили раньше времени, убирали комнату каждый день, предоставили велосипед (он правда сомнительного качества, мне было легче передвигаться пешком). Хорошие завтраки. На территории котики, будьте к этому готовы. Рыжего подсадила на сливочное масло, так что не скупитесь - угостите хвостика. Вай фай есть,но медленный. Не удалось посмотреть даже ютуб. Фотографии забыла сделать, всё соответствует кадрам на сайте

Были в отеле 2 ночи.
Номер классный, персонал добрый и внимательный.
До пляжа на велике 3 минуты, недалеко есть классное кафе где очень вкусно кормят.

Amazing stay at Villa Nero! It's the second time that we have stayed here and we are yet again happy with our choice. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is a great place to chill out in the afternoons.

First of all the staff were very nice. We had a wonderful stay. Even the cats were friendly! There's a small pool but the beach is so near everyone goes out to swim. You get to choose one breakfast a la carte. The mie goreng is really nice.

Nice rooms and pool. Complimentary bicycles to use were handy. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Towels were past their best and need to be replaced with new ones. Breakfast was nice with a range of options. All in all, a great stay considering the price.

Beautiful ambient, the hospitality of the staff is very helpful, Room are clean, not to close to the center of gili trawangan but it was perfect for a place that need if you seek place not to close to the crowd but still reachable, definitely will comeback very soon.
