Good hotel on the beach front and near all the bars, clubs and restaurants. Service was good, they offered welcome drinks and help with carrying my luggage upstairs. The pool is sometimes used for the divers so it can be a bit of an inconvenience to swim/relax. They have a smaller pool at the back of the hotel but it looked like it hadn’t had a good clean in a while. Overall, a nice hotel and worth the money.

The location is convenient as it is close to the port, and the night market is also nearby, but at night, the clubs play loud music, so those who want to rest quietly may have to think twice. The breakfast is a little lacking and needs improvement.

So welcoming as soon as we stepped foot into the resort Everyone is so kind and friendly Food is amazing Service is amazing Very clean Sent away washing and it smells so clean and fresh and was back within 24 hours So cheap Breakfast was great Pool is great Spa is amazing Best massage Next to jungle club The hotel gave us a free massage and ear plugs because of the noise Tbh once in your room Door closed Ear plugs in Noise wasn’t a problem!! So thank you!! Never stayed at a 3 star ⭐️ before This I would say is definitely 5 starts for service And 4 stars for just because it’s not in a quiet area and big fancy resort!! Or it should be xx

My daughter insisted I stay here as she had loved it. I'm so glad I listened! One of the first GREAT things about the property is how close it is to the ferry terminal. No need to belabour one of those poor wee horses that pull the tax carts - it's a few minutes walk. Every member of staff I encountered was nice (as well as professional) from the outset. Met the manager/owner? at the end of the stay and she was delightful - and perhaps the leader who sets the standard. The free breakfast is a little limited and next time (because there will be one) I might just opt not to have free breakfast as I'd rather just pay for it and have wider choice and better coffee! The Indian food is VERY good (as is the coconut water - fresh from the coconut). I had one of the "poolside" rooms and it was nice - spacious and with a really nice bathroom. The surroundings are wonderful and having the pool out front (with hammock) is a really special scene. The only negative issues I had were some VERY noisy people partying right outside each night. They deserved to enjoy Gilly just as much as I did - but I probably should have asked reception to temper things a little or at least put a time limit on it. Luckily I had really good silicone earplugs otherwise I would have got no sleep. The silicone earplugs are great - but no match for the rooster that started his day at 04.30 every morning! Since he's not a great layer, I'd suggest the Pesona restaurant do sleepers and diners a favour ASAP....... The dive centre at Pesona was EXCELLENT - really good staff/crew. Super safe and professional as well as being really passionate and pleasant. The on-site spa is also excellent at prices that make you gasp if you are more used to doing your spa stuff in Vail, CO. I think I'd do spa sessions every day I stayed next time.

My friend celebrated her 30th birthday here and the staff went above and beyond to make sure her day was unforgettable! Staff are friendly and helpful, food and service is amazing, communication is good, atmosphere is great, rooms and hotel are clean. We honestly couldn't fault it in any way! We are very sad to be leaving. Thank you to all of the staff for memories that will last a lifetime ❤️

Beautiful hotel, ideal location in the heart of Gili T as you are on the main ***** so have a host of bars and resturants at your disposal. If you are wanting a quiet break, you'd be better off on other side of the island however the vibes of the area- we adored! The theme of the hotel was gorgeous, incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms which look out on to the pool added to its charm. We cannot recommend this place enough and if we are fortunate enough to visit Gili T again, we will absolutely be back!
