Coco Lemon Gili Resort

We spend 4 days at this amazon place. We booked a family room which was really good, very clean and with a big great bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests we had. The pool area was also very beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a quiet, nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Thank you so much for having us!

What I didn’t anticipate was how much the food, drinks, and the sunken bar experience would elevate my stay into something truly unforgettable. Beyond the food and drinks, what made the dining experience extraordinary was the care and attention of the staff. Every dish was presented beautifully, and every request was met with a genuine smile. The sunken bar, in particular, was an oasis where I could relax, enjoy delicious cocktails, and connect with other guests. Staying at Coco Lemon wasn’t just about a comfortable room or a serene garden; it was about how every meal and every moment felt thoughtfully curated. If you’re planning a trip to Gili Trawangan, this hidden gem in the middle of the island should be at the top of your list. Trust me, you’ll leave with a full heart—and an even fuller belly.

Having travelled to Gili island a few times before we were happy to try out a new place and we couldn’t of been happier with Coco Cabana. From the moment we arrived they made us feel welcome and their local knowledge really helped us find the best food and beach spots, all located nearby. Tiko at the swim up bar was whipping up awesome cocktails and there was a wide selection of breakfast to keep us happy each morning (The fruit muesli and pancakes were our fave). We stayed in one of the deluxe room which overlooked the pool. The rooms are beautifully modern and have all the luxurious comforts you need plus the beds are the best we have slept in while travelling! We booked directly with Jesse and Leah and they made it a breeze and were really accomodating. Gilli has had a rough trot with the recent earthquakes but is back on track and open for business, so head on over to Coco Cabana and enjoy an amazing, relaxing and most importantly a fun holiday!

A slice of paradise on Gili T. No noise from the busy east side of the island, but close enough to walk in and enjoy the action. Immaculate rooms and surrounds. Amazing pool and friendly staff. What more could you want!

Is a nice and modern place to stay at close to the sea but a bit far from the “city life”. I am not the one to complain and very often put 5 stars but in that case we had some difficulties on our first day with the owner Leah. Firstly, it isn’t mentioned anywhere that it is very complicated to access the hotel by foot if you have a big suitcase and that having a horse carriage ride is highly recommended. After pulling our huge suitcases (I know big mistake) in the sand and rocks up to the hotel we arrive dripping in sweat and covered in dust. Leah doesn’t even ask how we are doing. While she can clearly see that we are out of breath. Thank god the members of staff came to help us and brought us some wet towels to refresh. She didn’t introduce herself until we asked her. She didn’t show us around, explain that we could use bikes or introduce us to the yoga studio. After a few hours and a long trip we wanted to connect to the WiFi to inform our family that we had arrived safely but it was not working. When we asked the host she said “oh I should have told you it’s not working” and when I asked when it would be back on she said it wouldn’t be and that we should use her hotspot if we need internet. The next day she didn’t even say hello or acknowledge us or asked if we had a good night. Her husband on the other hand is friendlier and much more of a people person. The owner did not seem a very genuine person. Once she left we had a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast was very good especially the banana pancakes, yum! Having bikes at our disposal was amazing and super necessary considering the location! Everything is new and clean and the bed is very comfy. The Indonesian staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a massage place a few minutes away which is good and a super cute restaurant in the corner that I highly recommend.
