The staff are very friendly and polite. The beach outside the hotel is very beautiful and you can swim and play in the water at any time. The breakfast is very good. It is recommended to bring breakfast when booking a room. It is good value for money.

Staff is super friendly, especially the guy called „Sandy“. He and his friends organised couple really nice birthday surprises for my girlfriend. The only thing what could be better is the Ac, the acs in the upper rooms (deluxe rooms) are to small for the big room. Everything else was really nice

My stay at The Trawangan Resort You can see the sea from the room and the balcony. The view is magnificent. Sleeping won't be a problem because the pillows and mattress are top quality. Minor remark is that the wifi is poor. The staf of the hotel is very very helpfull. Mr. Zan, one of the staf members, could also give some historical info of Gili Trawangan on what to do. The location of the hotel is top. A very good swim, snorkel- and surf beach just across the hotel. Quiet and again on 15 minutes of walking distance of the centre

I was in the Trawangan resort for 5 nights with my 2 toddlers staying in a 2 room villa. Perfect location if you try to stay away too busy/crowd area but also easy to reach to the key locations with few min walking. We had a great time, all the resort staffs are super friendly (just recall Mas Yari & Sandy name) & tried to accommodate us in best possible way. Only feedback I gave them was to have more fish options in the menu considering we are in a sea beach resort & expect to have more fish option. They helped extensively to guide us how to reach to the resort by managing the right boats & also helped to arrange the boat & car for the return to airport. Defiantly I'll love to go back again

Got this hotel day of and was easy to get a room. Great service during my entire stay, beautiful accommodations, right across from beach, front room top floor was wonderful, highly recommend for anyone in the area

I can rate this place and it's staff highly enough. I was sick when I arrived and the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Genuine service from the heart. The rooms are amazing with incredible views out to LomBok island. Great food, great drinks, fresh coconut and just great great vibes. A real gem of Gili Trawangan.

Very comfortable, cosy and idilic place! The location is perfect because it’s in front of the beach and close to all the central life of the island, bur far enough not to be disturbed by the noise. It actually feels like paradise!

Fantastic location right near beach overlooking Lombok. Great friendly service, clean spacious villa with private pool. Close to many great restaurants. Gili is great place for relaxing, snorkeling, dining out, swimming, cycling, massages

We enjoyed our stay so much here. We had a villa with a swimmingpool and never had such a nice room as that. The staff were very kind and helpfull. The location is perfect. Close to the center and near the beach. We already think about to come back once.
