Family-friendly Hotels in Gili Trawangan

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! We will definitely be back ! Thanks so much Hadi and co. 🌺

Resort is just wow and at an excellent location to all the nightclubs It's just 7-8 minutes walk from harbour Worst part is staff and their behavior...rude and arrogant

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!

Hi, Mika from South Africa, what a wonderful Resort this is, from the people, to the grounds, restaurant, everything was simply stunning. Fresh salt water pool added to the experience, right on the beach literally, dining with the ocean in front of you. The staff employed at Jambuluwuk Oceano, need the utmost praise, Maria - restaurant, Rayyan -gener, Putri & Ayu - spa, Hassan, Abi, Hartawan - reception, Abdul if im not mistaken - they were amazing, also the others who always had a genuine smile:-) Food was good, cocktails delicious, worth all the saving up before arriving, the rooms were spotless, and needed abit more cupboard space, shower was hot. Drain smell needs abit of attention, but other than that nothing to fault, the staff when requested to attend to something were timeous, despite using bicycles. Did not enjoy the sight of the poor horses slaving away in the sun, perhaps a shuttle just for the resort side, one the main road stretch can be considered. . . Ten minutes walk or two minutes by horse power from the ferry terminal. Great location for bars, restaurants,snorkeling etc. Most rooms were spacious,though ours was a two storey apartment which was a bit cramped and creaky.Access from our double bedroom to the bathroom was via the single bedroom which was a bit awkward. Breakfast was great and served on the beach across the road from the hotel. Spacious pool for the kids to play in. Lovely and clean with friendly staff. All in all a good place to stay at a good price.

I have never experienced such a wonderful resort. Take a horse-drawn carriage from the port and check in. I was guided to my room by the cheerful staff members Gani and Sani. Villa with private pool. Great cleaning every day. The restaurant in front of the beach has a great view. You can see turtles and tropical fish while snorkeling. Delicious breakfast daily in the hotel cafe. The staff greets you in a friendly manner every day. Local and Western food sets come with fresh juice and coffee. 80,000rp. They cook really seriously. The massage attached to the villa is also great. We rented bicycles and enjoyed the island. We also took a local boat to Gili Meno and enjoyed snorkeling. A truly special 6 days. Thank you LaBella. I was in the Trawangan resort for 5 nights with my 2 toddlers staying in a 2 room villa. Perfect location if you try to stay away too busy/crowd area but also easy to reach to the key locations with few min walking. We had a great time, all the resort staffs are super friendly (just recall Mas Yari & Sandy name) & tried to accommodate us in best possible way. Only feedback I gave them was to have more fish options in the menu considering we are in a sea beach resort & expect to have more fish option. They helped extensively to guide us how to reach to the resort by managing the right boats & also helped to arrange the boat & car for the return to airport. Defiantly I'll love to go back again

We had the most amazing stay at Gili Breeze! Couldn’t fault the stay! The bungalows were stunning as well as the pool and dining area, but the staff were incredible, so so lovely and helped with everything we needed. The whole experience was a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone going to Gili T, particularly for the price it was amazing!

Honestly the best hotel! It is located on the quieter side of the island. The staff here are amazing! They will help with whatever you need! They’re all so kind and friendly and honestly make your experience here even better! Nothing is ever too much for them! The food here is some of the best on the island! We had breakfast every morning (which was included) and lunch most days! All really fresh and cooked to order. The breakfast means you can choose off the menu and not just a buffet like most places. The rooms and facilities here are also so good! We borrowed the snorkels (which are free) and went snorkelling off the hotel beach and it was some of the best we did on the island. The rooms are perfect size and always so clean, you even get 2 bottles of water left every morning! There’s a fridge in the room too so can keep everything cool! The hotel organised a snorkelling trip for us (£61 together for a private trip) with Jay where we got to see multiple turtles! I recommend going early because the areas do get busy. The hotel also organised a massage and this was a very relaxing and good massage - perfect way to end our final day! Also you can hire your bikes from the hotel and this is the best way of exploring and getting around the island! Honestly if you’re looking at a hotel in Gili T this is the one!!!

We stayed at this hotel in Gili Trawangan in the quieter part of the island for my husband's birthday. The team was super welcoming and smiling. They helped organize a memorable evening. We requested a special dinner on the beach. The table setting at sunset was stunning. They personalized the mocktails according to my husband's tastes. The cake was also personalized with a blend of flavors that my husband loves. The entire team came out together to sing happy birthday. The food was delicious. The room was spacious. Exceptional hospitality. I can only recommend it. Thank you to Ayub for always being attentive and fulfilling all our wishes. You provided incredible emotions and warm memories.
