My son and I took a fishing trip and this property was perfect for us. It was convenient to Kentucky Lake and the bed was comfortable for sleeping, since that is all we did at the property. We were upgraded due to few guests at this time of the year:)

Property was outdated with many visible broken amenities. Probably was nice when built but doesn't look like it's been maintained very well since.

We didn't even stay here. The exterior was unkept. The check in guy showed up to a trailer that i didn't even think was part of the facility. The room he showed us had a roach running down the inside of the door. The pictures on the website are much nicer. Building behind the cabins look even worse. Inside unit very dated, but main concer was the roaches, gap under entry door and surroundings!

My family and I loved everything about this stay! Checkin was quick and he was super friendly. Even gave me affordable places I could take my kids. Will definitely book here again my next trip!

Meth heads everywhere. My rooms door had been kicked in and the door wasn’t replaced only half repaired. The 1st time I’ve ever had to sleep with a gun I n my bed!!! You should give my $100 back!!

Our stay was great. The room had plenty of room and there was a kitchenette with dishes to use and cook with.

This place is extremely run down. Apparently they rent some rooms out as apar**ents. We had a guy next to us that woke us up yelling with a lady that showed up at like 7:30am. Screaming he cheated on her and stole from her. It was sketchy place to say the least. Another thing our room’s door had previously been broken into. They had the wood piece just screwed back in. See photo attached. No dead bolt to help secure the door either. If you are looking somewhere for a family to stay this is not the place.

The cabin was really old. Had a heater sitting on a desk. Beside the cabin was the old KenBar resort. The parking lot was full of people who rent rooms by the week and they were a very noisy, drug looking crowd. We left after a few minutes and went to holiday inn in paducah. The lake rental does not match its web site. Wasted my money.
