The room was clean but needs to update the outlets for the newer iPhones. We were in Arizona for our daughter’s wedding and they were to provide shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. This was pre scheduled many months before the wedding took place. I learned that they took at least one group to the hotel but did not return for another group. My husband and I and others were left to find our own way back! They dropped the ball in service. We were there at the time arranged for pickup but the shuttle was not! What a way to end our memory! I even called the hotel and was told that there was no pickup scheduled for that night!!

No sleep because of how loud ac unit is Air conditioning kept us awake the entire night. Absolutely no sleep…3rd Hamilton life stayed at like that. Convinced it’s all locations and likely will not use chain of hotels again

Home away from home The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The whole facility was very clean and quiet. This is where im staying from now on when i travel to the valley.

The front desk workers were very friendly and accomodating and the hotel shares a parking lot with two other restaurants. Very convenient location for sporting events and sighrseeing.
