The room was slightly older than I usually experience at Home2Suites. I had travelled for 18 hrs by the time I got to the hotel and so I was too tired to go back to reception when I found my toilet hadn’t been flushed and had poop in! Yuk! The bed seemed super old and this place seems like it needs a refurbishment. The gentleman on the front desk was really nice and welcoming tho and check in was great and also the ladies on checkout were excellent. The rooms just need a little TLC and a deeper clean!

Friendly staff, great breakfast & hotel overall was good. Our room was very nice with the exception of the bed. There were no king beds available, so we got a queen instead. It was too soft, & sagged on one side.

Spent a week at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and common spaces. Very nice hot breakfast each day served on either stoneware plates or paper if you needed your meal on the go.

Room was amazing! My husband and i are both disabled and the staff are friendly, professional, and courteous. It was an easy choice to stay an additional night.

Felt like we were being punished for using a 3rd party vendor. Bed was small and hard. Ice machine was right outside the door and very noisy. Lots of noise in the hallway since it was right near the elevator. Won"t stay here again.

Loved our stay it was cozy. Just wish they had handicap parking. Other than that it was a great place for staycation

Please upgrade the shower situation in suite 200, the shower is impossible!,,,to many valves and water will not completely turn off when taking a bath, when showering water is had to divert from 1 shower head to the other

This was the perfect property to enjoy while visiting family in Gilbert. Uber provided our occasional transportation. The hotel was clean, bright, friendly staff and a generous, tasty breakfast was provided each morning. We'll be back.
