Super Service, schönes sauberes Zimmer ❤️
Sehr schön eingerichtet, schönes Bad, sehr sauber und die Rezeption war super als wir um 00h30 da waren und einchecken wollten und sie aber keine Reservierung finden könnten. Es wurde sofort eine Lösung angeboten und in 10 min waren wir im Zimmer. Vielen Danke für den netten Service. :)

2 Nächte hier - das war nichts: Spinnennester an den Fenstern, Spinnen und kleine Krabbeltierchen im Zimmer. Spinnen gibt’s quer durchs ganze Haus in jeder Ecke, Lampe,… eklig. Raumklima ist unangenehm warm. Fenster öffnen ist keine Lösung (Spinnen, Lärm). Klimaanlage kühlt gut, pustet aber mit viel Staub. Das schwarze Design ist definitiv chic, allerdings sieht man den Staub umso mehr. Leider schläft man gefühlt auf der Autobahn (Lärm) und die Wände sind mehr als hellhörig. Das Zimmer ist einfach laut. Extrem unangenehm. Die Leitung des Hotels und Rezeption hat scheinbar wenig Identifikation mit dem Hotel - wie so oft in Hotelketten. Vieles von dem Unangenehmen könnte man leicht abstellen. Manches von dem würde sicherlich nicht ins Gewicht fallen, alles zusammen nervt einfach, wenn man bedenkt dass es preislich weit oberhalb der vergleichbaren Hotelketten in Gießen liegt. Sonstiges: guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche, kein Anschluss an den Nahverkehr, kein kleiner Kühlschrank, Frühstück nicht ausprobiert, sehr/zu weiche Betten, geräumiges Zimmer, tolles Gesamtdesign. „Trotz der verkehrsgünstigen Lage finden unsere Gäste in Ihren Zimmern einen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung“ mit diesem Satz wirbt das Hotel auf der Homepage. Die Realität ist exakt andersherum.
