We were in this hotel through our insurance because we had an accident in the evening. We warmly thank the staff of the establishment who provided us with a clean and comfortable family room. When we were leaving the next day, a member of staff even helped us carry our numerous bags back and forth. We were even served a snack while waiting for the loaner car. Despite our mishap, we will remember the thoughtfulness and kindness of the staff of this hotel.

The reservation request via email didn't work despite a response from Sanotel. After we had chosen our room, nothing more came, and when we got there we were given neither a room nor help in finding a replacement. In contrast to the Ibis Styles, which was also fully booked, but the nice lady at reception kept on the phone until she found something for us. Bravo Ibis Styles - Booh on Sanotel!

Negatives: decor to be redone. Bathroom....no mixer tap and little pressure. No hook for the shower Positives: secure parking. Very nice home. Very spacious room. Good air conditioning. Good bedding (but 140 bed). Garden side, very quiet.

Op doorreis naar de Dordogne is de overnachting dit keer hier. Mooi, lief, levendig stadje. Van de hotels is dit o.i. de beste. Mooie locatie t.o. Gien, ruime afgesloten parkeergelegenheid, lift, oplaadpunt elec. auto. De kamer is wel klein het het dubbele bed smal en kort. Verder normaal schoon. Goed ontbijt. Geen restaurant (reserveer in de buurt) of bar ( een tabac-bar is tweehonderd m verderop. Prijsniveau bescheiden.

On aurait aimé être prévenu lors de notre réservation que l’hôtel était en travaux car c’est impossible de faire une sieste l’après-midi. Certes cet hôtel a besoin d’être rénové surtout les salle de bain où il y a un manque flagrant de pression. Pour certains membre du personnel (pas tous) l’accueil est limité car l’oreillette du téléphone vissé sur l’oreille et à peine un bonjour ! Le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus. Point positif les chargeurs pour véhicules électrique . Petit bémol il ne faut pas avoir une voiture trop basse pour si garer !
