Horrible food, porridge made of powder, bought pastries for breakfast, overall small selection of food, uncomfortable beds, non-functioning sliding front door on sensor, ripped fire alarm from the wall, nice staff except for one waitress. Unfortunately I can not recommend avoid the arch than to be 30 meters from the sea, prefer deeper to the center with better food and beds.

Not worth the price. Outdated hotel, poor breakfast. Nothing vegan but cake in any kind. Beds were uncomfortable, no fridge in the room. Parking was 10 min away. Only good thing was the view from the balcony. The area Giardini Naxos was not the best area. Very low standard.

Almost in the city center,,right on the Recanati beach,3 stars,very comfortable,few steps from the beach,clean rooms with tv,and room service,restaurant,good tasty italian food ,pasta,fruits,ice cream,delicious. Also has a bar ,balcony with lovely view on the beach and Vulcan Etna. Very friendly atmosphere ,nice decorated lobby and kind staff at reception. The bus station is very close ,so you can visit ,famous Taormina ,which is a 25minutes ride. Lovely journey .

Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. The hotel keeps it 90s flavour, which is kind of cool. Breakfast and dinner was all right, stuff is really friendly. The best thing is the location, just at the beach at the calm site of Giardini Naxos. The closest supermarket is about 150m.

The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there.

Rooms with a nice terrace, sea view, they are cleaned every day, abundant breakfast, dinner with various options (meat or fish) very friendly and helpful dining room staff, especially Frank, and legendary :)

Good hotel, very nice waiters, especially the maître Salvatore. Very good foods. The hotel sits near a nearby bus station so it's a great base for sightseeing in the area! The lack of annoying evening entertainment makes everything even better. Only flaw? The absence of the mini bar.

Really disgusting. I understand that hotels have the right not to focus on the food, but it was gross, blankets not changed, bad food decorated with hair, childish staff, very uncomfortable beds and very small rooms, few words, don't go there

Class trip. Some rooms were clean, others downright dirty, the dinner was poor, and the waiter accompanied it with tacky comments. Breakfast well stocked, shame about the expired butter.
