The hygiene and health standards are absent, ants all over the breakfast console because the cutlery was dirty, there were even traces of Nutella between the teeth of the knife (I thank the ants otherwise I would have put them in my mouth) in a critical situation like that of Covid (I speak as a health worker) it is unacceptable, be careful if you have children or fragile subjects, 2. The shower was broken and the water came out from all sides except from the small holes, 3. The exposure to the road is aggravated by a total lack of soundproofing of the fixtures, if a motorbike passes by at night you literally blow up (unfortunately this also happened) 4. It is specified that their welcome aperitif consists of a pack of cipster and two glasses of prosecco, while breakfast lacks milk (which they only give on request, i.e. you have to call them otherwise you will only drink coffee and biscuits, questionable but whatever) 5. Their operation is linked to the telephone, i.e. in front of an inconvenience after 6pm they only answer on whatsapp, no one came to us even to spray a little product, we had to live with these inconveniences by limiting ourselves to throwing everything in the garbage even the sweets that were infested with other ants. Terrible experience, terrible place and horrible customer management. They showed up only to make me pay and never checked the green Pass, which they asked me to send by email, which I always advise against doing because there is sensitive data.
