I really enjoyed my stay here! Besides the quality of the room and beautiful location, what made my stay wonderful was the excellent customer service by the staff. I cannot commend them enough for going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay - from arranging my transport from Hanoi, giving recommendation as to tours and then solo travel when I passed on the tours, to rushing out with a latte as I got into a taxi for the train (after ensuring the driver knew to go fast because I was running late - made it with 30 seconds to spare). First of all, I would like to thank the hotel manager and her son for driving us to an ATM when we needed help. The following is an objective evaluation, and I hope it can be used as a reference for others. In Ninh Binh, it is difficult to find ATMs and restaurants, but you can find what tourists need in the nearby tourist attractions. This hotel is close to the pagoda and not too far from the boat. But the location is relatively not as good as that of the mua cave. There are no restaurants nearby, while there are more restaurants and bars there. You can also use grab to take a taxi, and the front desk can also help you use the local app to call a taxi, and the price is about the same. This hotel is large and has a good environment. There is a lake and a swimming pool inside, but it is too cold to use. There is also a place for children to play. There are not many toys, but my baby is already very satisfied. It is also very good to have this in Vietnam. Note that all snacks on the table in the room, including instant noodles, are charged. Unlike in China, there is no price tag, but they will be charged separately when checking out. There is a bathtub in the room, and children like to play in the water.
