We have 2 wonderful staff assists and helping us plan our sites visits and meals. Le Tan and Thai Huong went beyond their duties. We have an well rested couple of days, especially from Ha noi. I definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families and likely return to this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The staff is very friendly--they helped us book transportation and a tour of the area. Would definitely return!

The first floor is quite damp and musty. I recommend staying on the second floor. Good service. Quiet at night. But the location is awkward and there is no scenery around.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The location is perfect for all seeing all that the Ninh Binh area has to offer. The staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Rooms are clean, tidy and well appointed, surrounded by beautiful gardens.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Besides the quality of the room and beautiful location, what made my stay wonderful was the excellent customer service by the staff. I cannot commend them enough for going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay - from arranging my transport from Hanoi, giving recommendation as to tours and then solo travel when I passed on the tours, to rushing out with a latte as I got into a taxi for the train (after ensuring the driver knew to go fast because I was running late - made it with 30 seconds to spare). This was an excellent, excellent, stay! Thank you, Tracy P.!

What a lovely hotel! What an amazing surprise when we arrived there! It is a small hotel with 30 bedrooms but with a large facilities offer: nice swimming pool, BBQ, playground, swings, etc. The massages are great too. And the staff, particularly Thai, is so kind, helpful, full of care and personal attention. We would have loved to enjoy more time there! We highly recommend this hotel for families!
