Not comfy rooms. To get a towel is a pain. You need to carry them back to the entrance. The lady in the reception is so depressing not welcoming. This place depresses you. Reservation barely picks up the call. I checked out right the next day.

Great Place, great and friendly staff. i always love visiting Coral beach and I will definitely visit gain. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Food is amazing, feels live home. cannot wait to visit coral during summer season.

The pool was really disgusting, we literally came for an hour and left, we payed 25$ for nothing, we couldn’t stand to swim in such dirtiness, we spoke to the manager, and he did nothing about it. Will never come back for sure, i don’t recomment it to anyone

I stayed end of February the hotel is very old and not in best shape same goes with rooms everything is super old outdated in the rooms but the hotels location etc is good and the staff is very helpful . They need an urgent renovation plan otherwise it’s good property

The staff - especially at the front desk, were phenomenal. The hotel itself is in desperate need of a complete refresh and some "love". The mattress in the hotel was actually excellent - but everything else was dingy, a little smelly and past its prime. The bathroom was not in good repair and had to get multiple hairdryers that didn't either spark or smell like a fire. The carpet felt dirty, so the slippers were good to have. The view over the pools was marred by random junk thrown behind buildings - but perfectly in view of the hotel rooms. Walls are pretty thin. There are a couple of different pools - one for laps, one more for "resort", and one (I think) for kids. Interestingly, the pool the hotel looks over is the lap pool - which isn't terribly "pretty" vs the "resort" pool. We ended up leaving the property and moving to the Kempinski Summerland for the remainder of our stay.

Also vom ganzen her ein gutes hotel aber man sieht das Kempinski gleich daneben und das kostet fast genauso viel. Wenn das hotel renoviert ist kann man die 5 Sterne geben aber I'm jetzigen Zustand ist es ein hotel der Touristen Klasse 2-3 aber der Meerblick entschädigt ein bisschen nur 75€ die Nacht ist für das was man bekommt too much
