Service restauration très bien avec l'accueil de mr Khalifa le directeur de la restauration, i Will definetely come back later thanks to the well service of him.thz food was delicious and thé room is vers well equiped.the spa is really wonderful.

Truly spectacular! Recently built, very modern and comfortable, separate villas so very quiet and private. I was staying in one of the smaller villas and still extremely spacious, others seemed to have pools, rooftop access and though mine was not as fancy it was still fancy! Service was superb, friendly and helpful. When they brought me to my room they noticed the slippers were missing and immediately had a pair sent over. I learned it had opened in December of 2023 so everything is new. Rooms super clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Stay here!

It was my first time visiting southern Tunisia, and I was truly impressed by my stay at this wonderful hotel. The services were excellent, and I especially loved the food, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I do have a small suggestion for improvement: adding chairs in front of the villas would be a great idea to better enjoy the sunshine. The hotel was really fantastic but Tayssir at reception stole the show. We had endless questions, yet she answered each one with care, calm, and an ever present smile.Her hospitality alone is reason enough to return! Thank you all the Team of The Residence Douz

new beautiful hotel, large villas with interesting traditional furniture, beautiful views around, well-kept clean territory, polite staff, professionals at the reception. definitely this is the best hotel in Douz - we were satisfied with everything, thanks to the hotel and people who work inside.

Wonderful hotel. Lives up to the 5 stars. Stayed in villa 26. Special thanks to the two evening bartenders at the lobby bar! Great friendly service. A BIG THANK YOU to Taysir at the front desk. She is a GEM and focused on excellent customer service. We checked in on a very busy day and she was a clear communicator about timing and was good at managing our expectations.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. There was a slight delay during check-in, but it was quickly forgotten thanks to the receptionist, Tayssir. She stayed with us the whole time, and explained the hotel’s amenities. Her smile and professionalism really made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and thank Tayssir for her warm welcome

Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect.
