Bed was not in good condition mineral water bottle was not provided

water was not coming from taps
tolileries were of very bad standard

Staff was drunk and misbehaving. Basic toiletries were not there. Bed sheets were poor and smell was there all around in room.

I booked the hotel for multiple events for my brother's wedding. The overall experience was amazing. We booked multiple rooms for stay. The hotel rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious. Clean rooms with all facilities. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The service was on time and helped us in making the events successful. We organised Mehendi, Haldat and Haldi in the common hall (30-40 people can be accommodated). We also booked the Ground Hall to accomodate our 150+ guests for our pre-wedding party. I tried to book it for the Sagan and Wedding as well but it was already booked for the days. The food was amazing. Every dish starting from starters to desserts were delicious. If I have to compare the food from this hotel with any of the hotels like ITC, Taj and Leela, I would definitely rate it above all of them. I am extremely happy with the food quality, hygiene, maintenance, cleanliness, comfortability and ambience.

Extremely satisfied with the level of service and hospitality the hotel and it's staff gave. Loved the food and the ambience and decor was too good. The open lawn and banquet have been beautifully maintained. It's a must visit for celebrating all your family events.

There are lot of mosquitos. Also the room rent is high compared to services there is no complementary breakfast and whatever breakfast available on order, that is very less options with very high cost
