It's an amazing property.... We celebrated our parents 50th anniversary and team offered the best facilities at best rates. Mr Reji is the manager, who is gem of person having very vast industry experience. Always explained things transparently, which I liked and they delivered what they promised

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far in Ghaziabad. Highly professional and helpful staff. I thank the management and staff for their attentive, friendly and outstanding service. Special thanks to Mr. Vikrant for the last-minute date change. Really liked the interior of the room, which was spacious and comfortable. Neat, clean and hygienic washroom with decent amenities. Early check-in and quick check out facilities. Overall it was an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to others and come back soon.

The most terrible stay hotel and staff. Please do not visit. We checked in and until 7 pm in the evening some renovations or whatever work was going on that involved the use of hammer and drilling. We were not even able to talk to each other or watch tv peacefully. After reaching out to the duty manager vikrant multiple times, it stopped. The food service was delayed too. And the next day it started again at 8 am in the morning. The so called seniors on floor suggested my husband 'itna problem tha toh raat ko hi check out kar lete'. And kept arguing that it's labour and we can't stop them from working. Then a piece of advise of all the seniors of this hotel - DO NOT RENT OUT ROOMS ONE FLOOR ABOVE AND BELOW WHEN YOU CANT STOP THE WORK. People pay for these stays and it is there hard earned money, they don't pay to stay at hotel at your terms and on top of that your rather not so hospitable staff. Worst experience. Never going back to this hotel where there is 0 hospitality. The ac was also not working initially where they too half an hr to fix that too. Utter nonsense.

I booked a room at Golden Tulip Vasundhara through 14 October to 15 October one night stay MakeMyTrip under the name Saurav Upadhyay for my husband's birthday. Our booking was for a twin bedroom, but since it was a special occasion and we are a couple with a 2-year-old baby, I requested a king-sized bed in advance for comfort. The staff initially assured us they would accommodate the request, but at the last moment, we were given a twin bedroom. This made our stay very uncomfortable with a baby, and we are disappointed. We expect basic requirements for couples to be considered
