Our recent four night stay at the Brafferton Inn was terrific from start to finish! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Brian, and he gave us a tour of the property. Breakfast was delicious; four choices are given each morning, and the staff ensures that your coffee cup is never empty. The Lincoln Suite was roomy, well appointed, immaculately clean, and very quiet. We enjoyed having the mini fridge and microwave. The Brafferton offers free parking, which is a huge bonus for that location in Gettysburg. You will also be within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. Brian, Amy and their staff have mastered the art of hospitality, and will ensure that your time in Gettysburg is memorable. Highly recommend that you book the Brafferton Inn while visiting this area!

We stayed in the carriage house and were very comfortable. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen/dining area and living room. Amy and Brian were great hosts and the breakfast was so good that I want to go back. Comfortable bedding, nice large shower and plenty of space to just hang out. The garden area was beautiful and parking was conveniently located off street. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and bars from this great location. Can’t wait to come back and stay in the main house! I highly recommend the Brafferton Inn.

What a wonderful place! Very centrally located in the heart of Gettysburg, this Inn has good amenities whilst still retaining the charm of its historic roots. We were accommodated in a first level apartment above one of the shops. This used to be the family home above their business. There was a bedroom, bathroom with a nice big shower and a sitting room with a TV, if you wanted. It was all beautifully appointed with period pieces but also had the benefit of air con. The breakfast was served in the main house and was absolutely delicious with a good choice of freshly cooked options. All the staff were exceptionally helpful & attentive, especially Brian & Amy- Beth. Parking is included but is on a side street about 100 yards away. There are allocated loading/ unloading spaces by the main reception, however.

I can’t say enough about this place. The innkeepers are really hospitable and accommodating. I was greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and coffee. Our room had a small deck that was perfect for winding down in the evening after a full day of touring. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was amazing. We are looking forward to returning.

Nice B&B in a very old-oldest in town-home. Clean, great atmosphere, walkable to the main square. Really fit the bill. Breakfast was delicious. Home made pastries. Very nice staff. And if an occasion, little extras are available like wine and cheese tray.

What a great place to stay. The Brafferton Inn was in an excellent location, a well appointed room, and included an amazing breakfast. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended. The owners are engaged and super friendly. We felt right at home from the minute we got there, and had homemade cookies awaiting us!

What an amazing experience. This was our first B &B! The owners were super welcoming. The food was outstanding and the room was absolutely perfect. It is such a lovely atmosphere.the location was so convenient right in downtown town. Everything was a very short walk away! Loved every minute!

My husband and I stayed at The Brafferton Inn for two nights in June 2024. This historic Bed & Breakfast was the perfect place to stay as we commenced on our Civil War Tour. The Inn is quaint and beautifully appointed. AmyBeth and Brian were wonderful hosts along with their children. The breakfasts served in their dining room were absolutely delicious and it was nice to meet other guests staying there. The location is the best...right in downtown Gettysburg.

Where do we start??? The Brafferton was hands down, the best part of our Gettysburg stay. The accommodations were lovely, the breakfast outstanding, but Amy Beth & Brian made us feel special! Yummy food (gotta try the lemon poppyseed puff), to include home made cookies, their advice on what to do/see, you can tell they LOVE what they do! Thanks for a great visit!!!
