Although the location of the hotel is a bit hard to look for, which took my Uber driver awhile to get there, the hotel itself was great. The things are mostly clean and the bed is comfortable. But the room entrance door is quite different to open and I spent some time opening it. The staffs are nice and willing to help. They could speak English, which is rare in Spain, even in an area that’s far from the central of Madrid. It adds a point to the service bit.
Hostal però amb serveis d'hotel. Molt bones instal·lacions, prou netes i còmodes. Molt recomanable per una escapadeta a Madrid si no vols gastar-te molt de diners anant a la ciutat.

Everything was excellent except the check out time. At reception they had told us that check out was at 12 noon but the cleaning service came an hour and a half before departure. In less than 30 min, the cleaning service entered the room twice to clean when we had NOT left the room yet. We felt thrown out, to which we had to apologize and leave the room quickly. When we left, the cleaning lady thanked us for leaving the room but... why do we have to apologize if it wasn't time to check out yet? shouldn't they pass after we leave the room? I thought it was poorly organized. I could also hear from the room that did the same to other rooms where people were still staying.
The rest of the staff was very friendly, and I found the space very jovial and well decorated. The room was amazing.
The hotel is well located, the attention was very good and the cleaning was also.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. And if it was little with a impressive tobacco smell.
Good hotel to spend a couple of nights and enjoy Madrid. Very convenient to take advantage and go shopping as it is next to the shopping center.
Quite complete breakfast and very attentive and friendly staff.
Good value for money.
The hotel is far from downtown Madrid, in an industrial area with almost no people or shops. If you drive, you can consider staying here. If you don't drive, be careful. Taking a taxi to and from the attractions every day is both troublesome and expensive. In addition, there is a *** waiter in the hotel. When cleaning the room, he directly poured the garbage from the room trash can into the toilet, which made the toilet unusable. I told the front desk, and the front desk replied that it could not be handled that night, so we went to the lobby on the first floor to use the toilet. The front desk did not take any action the next day. Later, we called the waiter to deal with it ourselves before it was usable. It was really annoying. I have never encountered such a thing in my life. Pay attention to price changes when booking a room. Our standard room cost nearly 1,000 yuan, but it usually only costs 500 or 600 yuan.
It seems that the store is run by a Chinese owner, so shower gel and toothbrushes are provided, which is very considerate. Sometimes there are Chinese customer service staff who will help you change to a double room if you make a mistake in booking a double room online before the front desk.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively small, the health is general, there are large shopping centers around, shopping is convenient, far from the city center, parking is more convenient
GGuest UserWe have been 3 days in a bungalow, certainly the facilities are not the most modern, but we must give 100% good score to cleaning, kindness of the girl who attended us, facilities perfectly working, as refrigerator, kitchen, microwave, a/a ... Daily cleaning of them. And at 22.00 hrs total silence throughout the room. Common areas like swimming pool and phenomenal barbecue also. This restaurant staff is very friendly and sympathetic. We will certainly come back. A 10 in all senses.
