Hostel but with hotel services. Very good facilities, clean and comfortable enough. Highly recommended for a short break in Madrid if you don't want to spend a lot of money going into the city.

Very clean hotel. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Only problem we found was the school entrance right in front of hotel. Very very noisy start of the day and collection times. Apart from that good location for all amenities.

We stayed here for two nights and three days. We were pleasantly surprised. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and professional. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was central. We totally recommend it. Thanks to all the staff.

Estupendo hostal, a minutos de la estación Getafe Centro. Por un módico precio, te podés encontrar a unos minutos del centro de Madrid. La atención del personal estupenda, siempre muy atentos a los requerimientos míos o de mi familia. Además la habitación muy bonita y totalmente limpia, jamás encontramos un detalle en la misma. El desayuno muy bueno, hay variedad suficiente para todos los días ir cambiando. Anteriormente leí que no había elevador, sin embargo, ahora sí lo hay. Soy una persona exquisita con hoteles, y este, superó mis expectativas. Las tres estrellas le quedan chicas, la experiencia es en uno de cuatro.

Nos hemos alojado un finde semana dos adultos con dos niñas para poder ir a la Warner. El hotel está fantástico, muy limpio, habitación amplia y desayuno estupendo. El personal encantador. Se encuentra a unos 20 mins en coche de la Warner. Muy recomendable

Me cobraron por una habitación que no ocupé, no la cancelé por un error en las fechas y, aunque tenían habitaciones libres, es decir, la habitación no la necesitó nadie, no quisieron realizar el reembolso. Por supuesto, me he hospedado en otro alojamiento.
