西藏之旅酒店服務最滿意，沒有之一，剛到酒店正在考慮去哪充氧和領證書，前台打到房間詢問是否需要幫助，大堂朱經理全程陪同，幫助找地方充氧，幫助拿證書，提供216道路上的損壞路段，路上提前避開了一個大深坑，給大堂經理點贊

在攜程訂房都是先看酒店評分，4.6分以下的都不會考慮，幾乎從未踩坑。然後看客人評價，酒店優點缺陷一目瞭然。看到之前的客人評價提到大堂朱偉維經理，幫助客人到政務中心辦理穿越216羌塘告知書，甚至幫助陷車的客人獲得救援等等，於是果斷決定就住維也納。事實證明這個決定絕對英明，我們一家四口（兩大兩小）從申扎縣趕往改則縣，準備經216到新疆，那天正好週末，感覺趕不上到行政服務中心簽訂告知書了，於是厚着臉皮詢問朱經理能不能幫忙給我們辦理，沒想到人家滿口答應。到了酒店朱經理馬上拿出告知書給我們，還讓工作人員幫助我們快速入住，休息一會兒後又親自開車帶我們去拿勇士證書。更讓人感動還在後頭，第二天我們開車上路，進入羌塘200公里左右老司機居然發生車禍了，交警踢皮球，給了個出租車電話叫我們自己聯繫！無奈之下再次聯繫朱經理，他丟下工作帶着酒店員工開着員工的車一同來救援我們，來回5個小時！晚上又住回到温暖的改則縣維也納酒店，第二天朱經理又聯繫車輛將我們送到新疆，我們得以繼續既定的旅程，這段神奇的經歷實在難忘！朱經理年輕熱忱，服務赤誠，敢於擔當，實在應該是前途無量，在這裏我特別要再次感激他。

一家人出行，房間雙床房夠睡。如果毛巾浴巾更新一下的話就更好了！重點要感謝一下大堂經理朱經理，知道我們要穿越216，給我們免費升級成有製氧機的房間，並提前告知我需要準備的資料。到了酒店後親自帶我們去辦理通行告知書，領取勇士證書。非常非常熱情！酒店還有充電樁，洗衣房。早餐也挺豐盛，總的來説好評！

環境非常乾淨，床品乾淨床墊和被子非常舒服，還很貼心的提前開了氧氣和加濕器，特別誇獎大堂經理朱偉維，提前打了電話問了路線行程，加了v，有問題及時解答，還開車帶我們去領了勇士證書（當時已經晚上十一點了），還免費升級了房間，我們離開後也很關心的問了有沒有安全到達下一站，超級貼心。特別説明：酒店對面有家陝西麪館的油潑麪超好吃。

從北京到成都，川藏中線又走到了317目的地改則縣穿越羌塘，一路上317沒啥好酒店可以説全部簡直了哈哈哈，索縣和**乾脆都沒有充電樁，不過路上的風景是槓槓的！**縣出發澡也沒洗直奔改則，提前預訂了改則的維也納酒店，早上很早就出發，216的風景也是美極了沿途還看到了各種野生動物，聽説藏野驢是可以親密接觸的，可惜沒下車hhh。距離酒店80公里的時候接到了酒店朱總的電話熱情的告知房間氧氣已經給打開準備好了，太貼心了，一路上真沒有過這待遇。約好了1點抵達酒店協助我們辦理穿越手續。還有不到一百公里美滋滋的有點飄了，一抬頭路邊一個措太美了，是洞措，走近一看牌子上寫着天空之樹，一看時間還早一把輪就下去了，無人機也飛了，追着車拍着措，不出意外還是出意外了，看似乾枯的河床也出現了類似沼澤一樣的泥潭，陷車絕望，四下無人，要哭了！3噸的車是越陷越深！這裏省略了各種無奈和絕望，啥小鏟子脱困板絞盤都扯淡了，給大家個重點提示別下去別下去，尤其小白，下來就是作死！救援來了三波，不出意外專業的也都陷泥裏了，天色漸晚小動物也要出沒了，剛要放棄的時候酒店的朱總又來電詢問是否需要協助拖車，這才是服務是及時雨呀哈哈。省略各種過程艱難的把車子弄出了泥地已經是凌晨了，到了酒店朱總竟然沒睡覺一直在等候我們到點，感動了，送了各種應用之物終於可以休息一下了。説説酒店的配置真是沒的説，房間一定比全季的大，重點是有地下停車庫還有充電樁，這誰受的了哈哈哈，在改則**克拉斯！最後再感謝一下維也納改則店，感謝朱總的熱情招待還有親自開車協助我們辦理了各種手續！提示一下各位自駕的夥伴，別下去哈哈哈，再美也都是陷阱哈哈哈。

乾淨的房間，熱情的服務，服務員免費升級了供氧房，為第二天的穿越提供了舒適的睡眠。大堂內有飲用水，油桶，氧氣瓶，為客人提供了便捷。大堂經理朱先生親自帶我們去辦理告知書，提前複印證件，節省了時間，最後帶我們領取了勇士證書，小孩十分開心，期待下次旅行，維也納酒店是我的不二之選！
