We were directed to our 2nd floor room but found the bed unmade & towels on the floor in the en suite. We were immediately given a good sized ‘Superior’ room with a balcony & stunning lake views. However, two curtains were torn so we reported this at reception who told us replacements had already been purchased; they were not hung during our 4 night stay. The balcony door had a faulty hinge, the TV had neither pictures nor sound, there were no toiletries, no tea/coffee making facilities & we needed to ask for replacement toilet rolls. On two days, replacement towels were folded neatly on a rail but were damp when we returned in late afternoon. At the time of booking in March, we enquired if the restaurant would be open every evening & this was confirmed in their response. However, when we returned to the hotel on a Sunday afternoon, we found the hotel unexpectedly locked up. Fortunately we had taken our room key which also unlocked the front door. There was no sign of staff & the restaurant did not open, so we had to find an alternative restaurant that evening. The basic breakfast appeared as usual on Monday but when we returned from our day out, the restaurant was again closed. We also found most of the village was closed on Mondays for lunch & dinner, so we were lucky to find one place open to have a meal. We tackled the problem the next day & were told that the current tenants had taken over the hotel the previous week & were still ‘sorting things out’ as the previous tenant had left hastily. Perhaps this explains the disorganisation & lack of facilities to meet the required standard of a 3-star hotel. No apology was made.

Beautifull terrace, quiet and directly at the lake. We had to wait 15 minutes for ordening, then we waited 45 minutes for wine and water and subsequenly another 15 minutes for the food: caesar salad and egli fillet. We specifically ask for an Italian dressing, which we got separately with a salad already swimming in a French dressing. The caesar salad had a tiny bit of parmesan and no egg. The egli fillett was fine, but overpriced. This restaurant needs a work-up.

Sehr enttäuschend. Die schöne Lage hat uns dazu gebracht im Schwert einzukehren. Sauberkeit lässt massiv zu wünschen übrig. Löffel waren klebrig vor Dreck, Toiletten ohne WC-Papier. Während unseres Aufenthalts war ein Monteur für Küchengeräte da, dieser entdeckte einen Mäusebefall. Besser meiden!

Wir suchten ein einfaches Hotel, dass wir hier auch gefunden haben. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Receptionisten empfangen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Leider fehlte die Minibar, die im Internet angepriesen wurde. Der Balkon ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, sogar mit Sonnenschirm, den man aber niergens befestigen konnte. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich gereinigt. Fremde Haare im Bad und sogar die Gästekarte vom vorherigen Gast lag noch auf dem Tisch. Leider hat uns das Restaurant-Personal schlecht verstanden, da zu wenig Deutschkenntnisse vorhanden waren. Durchgehend warme Küche, wie auf der eigenen Homepage beschrieben, gab es leider nicht. Nicht mal etwas für den kleinen Hunger. Reichhaltiges Frühstück ist leider auch übertrieben. Schade, die Lage und die Aussicht waren super.

Das Einzige, was super war, war die Aussicht auf den See. Der Rest war grottenschlecht: Vegiburger auf der Karte - aber nicht bestellbar. Der Cheesburger des Kollegen kalt, die Portionen Pommes Frites viel zu klein für CHF 10.50, Ketchup musste extra bestellt werden, den Service musste man driinen rufen um zu bezahlen und ein Chef (anscheinend), der von Beschwerden völlig überfordert ist und nur stammelt. Fazit: MEIDEN solange keine neue Crew das Restaurant übernommen hat!

Horror! Dieses Restaurant sollte sich umbennen. Es hat die Bezeichnung Restaurant nämlich nicht verdient! - Ungelerntes Personal ohne Kompetenz. - Sprechen kaum Deutsch - Falsches Essen gebracht - Tisch mussten wir selber decken!! - Essen kam, aber kein Besteck da. Essen unvollständig.. - Keine Mayonnaise oder Ketchup nach zweimal Fragen. - Essen aus dem Tiefkühler. Wir waren zu dritt dort und waren einfach nur enttäuscht, da das Lokal von Aussen einen schönen, namhaften Eindruck macht. Alles in allem, waren wir einfach nur sauer und fühlten uns nach der Rechnung von 104.50 CHF vor den Kopf gestossen. Auf keinen Fall besuchen! Liebe Grüsse Manuel, Melanie & Jared

Restaurant etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt schmuddelig! Speisekarte fleckig mit Eselsohren! Essen essbar aber von gut meilenweit entfernt! Preis und Qualität finden sich nicht! Convenience food! Die Lage ist fantastisch. Das Personal nett jedoch mit Deutschproblemen und nur rudimentäre Serviceerfahrung. Lohnt sich nicht dort zu essen zu schlecht gekocht!

Alleen in het restaurant geweest. Nog nooit zo slecht gegeten voor zoveel geld. Echt vreselijk hier. Friet koud, kippenvleugels droog, hamburgers niet te jassen. Eens maar nooit meer. Alleen uitzicht is mooi!
