+ : beautiful, traditional Japanese hotel with nice tatami rooms. The room was spacious and confortable with all necessary amenities. The outdoor onsen was great and almost empty when I went. The breakfast buffet is ok.
- : a LOT of stairs in the building (very difficult for elderly and disabled people, but also people with big suitcases!). There is a car that theoretically can pick you up at the train station or drop you off but I couldn’t use it when I arrived because I received no information on it beforehand or when I left because it only starts at 10am. The onsen is not tattoo friendly and you have to pay for the tattoo cover. Staff was kind but most of the time unable to offer solutions
Overall, a beautiful ryokan but for the price, you can find better.

It was my second hotel in Gero. Staff was very friendly and give me the room in accordance with my needs. The dinner and breakfast was excellent. Just one thing is necessary to take in mind, when you are planning to stay. There are some internal stairs and if you have some problems with legs, it can be difficult to go to some facilities. The onsen on the roof (open) was fantastic, but other one - on the 1 floor - a little bit difficult to catch.

7年前來過下呂，這是第二次到訪，下呂是個很美麗的山間温泉小鎮，現在發展的很好，下呂温泉的泉質非常好，泡在身上很滑。至於這家酒店算是比較老舊，內部像迷宮一樣上上下下，離車站走路15分鐘，酒店的服務人員還是一如既往的好！至於餐食還算不錯，海鮮有金槍魚和甜蝦，早飯也有金槍魚，還不錯！

歧視中國人的酒店，大家避雷！！
在他們酒店摔傷完全不負責任幫你做了基本處理就不作為了！！！我們秉承着後天要回國，第二日一早去市中心的行程，覺得能瘸着腳能走路，想趕緊回國治療就沒計較（當時也不知道骨折了）
4月18日入住，19日退房那天一早，説因為我們四個人進入了酒店，要收我們四個人的晚飯錢！我舅媽和我媽不懂日文英文，我來辦理入住不正常嗎？她們是包含晚飯的，所以就污衊我們也吃了晚飯，當時我7:30一早的火車去名古屋，那個日本老頭18日晚上我訂車的時候告訴他了，他故意拖延時間！當時由於兩個酒店，我已經打車到火車站了，心急如焚也不讓我舅媽她們走！我不得已又打車回去這個酒店，我們用軟件翻譯的中文給那老頭看他也當沒看看到一直讓我們付錢！！後面我趕到準備報警了，他覺得理虧才放我們走！！但我實在是因為要趕火車，除了生氣也不知道怎麼辦！
1、她們家的温泉警示語是在門上，中國字特別小！
2、老頭是故意的，你們從我截圖上就能看出來
3、摔傷確定以及肯定不負責！！
4、為什麼沒報警？因為行程很趕，第二天急着去買東西回國，回國下飛機就去醫院了！覺得多一事不如少一事，日本溝通不行，衹能吃虧！
希望攜程能規避掉這酒店，我本來定的望川館兩間，由於沒房攜程給我轉了一間房間去這個酒店，説升級了，你們也懂，作為子女肯定希望給好的酒店給親人，我就讓我舅媽和媽媽住進去了，沒想到是個大坑！！相較望川館，她們家警示語和地毯都做得很好，完全不可能摔跤！！
大家一定要避雷！！！主要是那個老頭歧視中國人故意對你使壞！

도착한 날 비가 엄청 내려서 택시도 없고 난감했는데 다른 호텔에서 송영나온 직원이 오데온 온천차도 저기 있다 해서 보니 정말 있었음
작년에 왔을때 기차도착시간보다 2분 전에 셔틀이 출발하는 구조여서 언덕배기를 짐끌고 무지 고생하면서 걸어갔기에 포기하고 있었는데 기뻣음.
셔틀시간표가 온천본관호텔과 온천별관호텔 사이에 맞춰져서 불편하고 시간도 뜸함. 기차역-별관 사이 셔틀버스 운행조정이 정말 필요함.
부페가 너무 좋았기에 금년에도 여기로 갔는데 음식이 많이 줄었음 . 탕이 많지가 않았지만 정감이 있는 온천임. 노천탕이 좋음.

這家温泉酒店基本上都是日本人入住很少外國遊客。各方面都超乎想象的好，包兩餐的套餐性價比很高。房間是傳統日式風格，很大很舊但很乾凈。温泉池有室內和露天的，我第一天下午四點去泡露天的時候衹有我一個人環境非常好。入住的時候前台會讓選擇就餐的時間，自助餐分了三個時間段，我選的都是最早時段，每次都基本坐滿，吃的東西很多很好吃。看評論説有每半小時有免費的班車，但實際上班車是需要提前預訂的而且不是免費的。我是走去酒店的因為沒等到班車，行李多的人建議打車或把大件行李寄存在車站因為走去酒店後半段都是上坡路拖着行李箱走很累。

仕事が遅くなり23時ごろチェックインになりましたが、係員の方は優しく声掛けていただきました。また、温泉はもちろん最高で、露天風呂は夜中までやっていたので助かりました。お部屋も広く清潔感があって、とてもゆっくり寛げました。室内露天風呂も２人入れる大きさでとてもよかったです。
