Best Western Plus BorgoLecco Hotel

Room is clean also very silence (even outside have heavy rain), the staff is super nice, help me book a taxi to airport. Very supportive and super nice. Price per room is reasonable; nearby have big super market(walk around 3-4min.). Also have restaurants so easy for find food you want to eat. The breakfast with multi choices which is quote enough for me. Recommend the hotel and will come again for sure if I am here.

Interesting hotel chain. Beautiful rooms, spacious, very clean and with all comforts. Mega TV with SKY too. Professional and kind staff. Excellent Breakfast. Free parking and excellent value for money. Nice reward system for the most loyal customers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western BorgoLecco. It was for a quick business trip, but decided to bring my wife and daughter with me. Thr hotel was really clean and modern. They had a great breakfast buffet and wonderful, friendly staff.

Room was modern, quiet and very clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful with local food recommendations. It is very close to the Monza race track. Would recommend this place if you need to stay in the area. The restaurant at the front of the hotel was quite good too.

We booked 2 rooms at the hotel for our family. I received an email 2 days before check in that due to overbooking we were being moved to a different place. The hotel then followed up the day before about this change. We checked in at the BorgoLecco and then we’re told where the other location was. The directions were not clear for someone unfamiliar with the area. A map would have been nice. I ended up pulling it up on my phone so the reception could show me where it was. The new place was called Casina San Giovanni. It was about a mile away. It didn’t feel like a hotel but more like an Airbnb or a small apartment. It was nice, but I couldn’t get the A/C to work in either room. We opened windows and that helped. Also the amenities were not consistent or good. One room only got lotion and body wash. The other room got a larger bottle of shampoo but I could t get it open. Both rooms had a bidet as well as a washing machine. Also equipped with a small kitchen. The rooms were a little noisy. I could hear people walking above us or water frequently running. Also we had a promotion that offered free breakfast when we booked, but had to go back to the hotel for that. So we had to drive for the free breakfast. The breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the croissants, meats, cheeses, and waffles.

Everything was ok, I would give 5 stars to everything, especially the friendly and effective staff. I might give 4 stars only to the breakfast, just because the limited choices, a machine for self making coffee or cappuccino( quality not good), and for the scrambled eggs, not really good quality. I tried only one of the two restaurants nearby (partner with the hotel) , and it was very good.
