This is not a 5 star hotel.
A lot of the amenities and services are not available and are under maintenance.
There is only one place to eat and the service is extremely slow, borderline no service. Food is also poorly made. Requested a rare steak, took 45 min and arrived well done. They offered to redo which was appreciated, but by the time the meal returned the chips and union rings were stale and steak was medium.
Coffee lounge/drinks lounge had no service either. Couldn’t find anyone to help, eventual found someone in reception. Also couldn’t pay as no waiters/bar tenders.
Room was dirty with stained old sheets, broken furniture. No plug points for digital devices, no two prong or usb points. Asked reception twice for an adapter, even though one was supposed to be sent, it never arrived. Could charge my phone or laptop.
Very poor reflection of radisson blue brand.
Requested a transfer to another radisson close by the same evening and for the rest of my stay.
Overall would not recommend anyone stay here. No value as there is no service, and outdated dirty rooms. Not expected of a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices.
Have read a lot of the reviews on google subsequently. Most complaints are of similar nature and management has standard responses. It would appear no actual action over the past 6 months has made any effort in improving the issues raised by visitors.
The 5 star rating should be removed, possibly the hotel should not be listed as a place to stay at all.
