Typical hotel to host foreigners for whom parties, music, games are prepared... It's good because it doesn't affect the rooms

Hotel was lovely clean food was very good like most all inclusive holidays wasn’t always piping hot but plenty of choice. Pool area was clean although adults only pool was very cold. Cocktails amazing rooms clean and view lovely we requested a pool view. There was one young lady behind reception her name is Elda never raised a smile and always spoke abruptly she was a misery and we didn’t like to go to reception when she was on as we didn’t know how we was going to be treated Restaurant staff did not stop worked tirelessly all shift except for one her name was Carmen fishing out orders to the waiters and cleaners yet when she was showing guests to their seats and a queue was forming they would jump in to help out to shorten the queue to only receive the rough end of her tongue for doing her job. Indoor pool was lovely clean but a bit cold €2 for bus ride to the mall port marina good value for money the beach and sea were very clean and we had the best time entertainment was good some better than others but you get that wherever you go I would return that’s for sure

Family time We have just returned from.an amazing week at this hotel we are a family of ten .I want to say a massive thank you to the entertainment team Ashleigh & her team nika & chantel you really made our hoilday . We read reviews before we went some was not great some were lovely we can't not fault anything .We stayed in room 2477 which over looked the main pool which was lovely to wake to every morning yes there's cats around which if you don't bother with them they leave you alone Fillppi on recpection was very helpful when we got there as we got they late they had laid some food on all the staff on recpection were very friendly the restaurant staff work really hard & very Friendly Andrea's on the Bar was lovely .The entertainment was great we loved the couples quiz in which we entered the entertainment was different every night we had fire dancers, magican, juggler singer, dancers our favourite ,s were sean lynch ,& angelo the juggler . There was bingo every night kids mini disco .The food was lovely I'm a very fussy eater but found something every day so no complaints from us .You go on hoilday to have fun hoildays are what you make it we also made some good friends so don't listen to the negative reviews .My only one thing I would say which is not a big issue but it's our only negative there's nothing around you apart from a few shops .we went in the old town which was disappointing as like to see the old side of country's but the marina was beautiful . In all we a amazing holiday & loved the hotel .

We enjoyed our 7 days here although do think it could be a lot better. The staff were friendly enough, food repetitive although tasty (if you like pizza the pizzas are lovely)! Entertainment is good compared to some hotels I have been before and can win large cash prizes on the bingo! We only went to the main pool area the night we arrived and it was FILTHY - rubbish everywhere, cats and poo, broken inflatables etc. The adults only pool and bar was an absolute god send, it was definitely the cleanest part of the hotel. The bar in the evenings was nice and mostly quiet, sometimes with live music, karaoke etc. Location isn’t great, a way out from the marina especially if you’re getting the bus and not much around the hotel aside from a couple of supermarkets and a pub opposite. We had a few issues with our room, fridge not working (this was dealt with the same day we reported it), and our toilet and bath did begin to leak on the last couple of days. Sunbeds are a nightmare to get, some days you could reserve them at anytime, some days you couldn’t reserve before 7am. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be good but the cleanliness really lets it down so sadly I wouldn’t return.

Don't listen to the negative reviews- this hotel is fantastic value for money, is clean and the food is fabulous. I'm sat here on my last day and can honestly say this hotel is lovely. It is extremely good value for money compared to other similar hotels, and I think the reason may be due to the fact the hotel is slightly away from the beach- don't let that put you off, the beach is literally a 5 minute walk away. Yes, the rooms are slightly dated, but the manager advised that they will be revamping these soon. They are clean and comfortable however so not a problem. There is a large selection of food, and the fact that there is a cafe where you can take away cakes, sandwiches and salads ready packaged is a bonus. The pool areas are clean and nice, there is a lovely kids pool area which my 2 year old loved. There are a lot of cats everywhere, which I appreciate some people may not like, but they are well looked after, neutered and wormed etc.. you've got to be a right sort of person to let them ruin your holiday! Anyway, I've been here 2 weeks with my family who are cypriot..and we've had no issues at all. Limassol is a city area so if you don't want to walk to get anywhere etc I'd choose a different location. We know the area though so it isn't an issue for us. I've already looked at next year's bookings and won't hesitate to come back here again. Efcharisto poli Atlantica Oasis

We loved this hotel. We saw some of the poor reviews and were quite worried but here as our take. The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, every member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, to provide us with amazing service and to be friendly and fun. The restaurant staff are so so lovely as were all the outdoor bar staff. They were friendly helpful and made us laugh. The food was amazing, different every day and everything was hot, tasty and delicious! There is a Cyprus corner in the restaurant where we tried, Octopus, halloumi bread, olives, Turkish delight and loads more! We did the BBQ night and Italian night both of which were delicious and in a new location which made you feel like you had gone out for a meal which was lovely. The cats are gorgeous, so friendly but will leave you alone if you aren't a fan, they are clearly loved by the hotel staff. The entertainment each day/night is great, the bingo is super fun and there was something different to watch each night. Sunbeds, towards the end of the week it was busier but you could still get beds, you probably have to be at the pool for 8am to get a particular spot if you want it, but there was always availability. Loved the adults only pool for a quieter day. The area around the hotel doesn't feel the safest, and there isn't lots to do nearby but the hotel has so much you don't really need it! Drinks and cocktails were all great and table service in the evening for drinks was a lovely surprise! Overall we thought the hotel was excellent and would definitely return to this or another Atlantica in the future.

Excellent stay here with 4 adults and 2 young children. Can’t fault how family friendly they are here. Very accommodating, and not once did I feel an inconvenience with a toddler and a baby. When we visited the a la carte one night, they very kindly got kid friendly food that wasn’t on the menu so the kids could enjoy the meal too. And went to the other restaurant to get my son some ice cream too! Wonderful service with a smile, nothing was too much. I wish I’d got his name. My son also managed to squirt sun cream in his eye, and the lady at reception that evening went out of her way to find some eye wash for me, so I could clean his eye. They didn’t have any behind the desk but when I walked past 10 minutes later she’d gone out of her way to find some elsewhere and called me over. I couldn’t have been more grateful. To top it off, they called our room a couple of days later to check up on him. Incredible service, thank you so much for that!! Food was incredible. We ate so well for the 10 days we stayed, cannot fault the food in the restaurant. We also ate at the bbq night, greek night and a la carte, and the food was stunning! Yummy! Highly recommend eating there when you stay. Lots of choice on the all inclusive drinks menu, even Prosecco which was a nice bonus! I’ve not been to many that include that on the all inclusive, I must be going wrong somewhere! Plenty of sun beds throughout the day, but it does help that we stayed in September instead of school holidays. Lots of sunshine around the pool. Flies are a bit of a problem, but nothing can be done I guess. Whilst it’s a big pool area, it would be nice if the whole pool area was hosed down daily to remove the stickiness from spilt drinks etc. Kids loved the pirate ship kids pool, lots of spraying water and a couple of slides to keep them entertained. From our experience, can’t see why there would be bad reviews, because nothing has put us off staying here again if we wanted to come back to Cyprus in the future. We had two rooms, one being a family room with plenty of space. Adequately cleaned, bathroom a little tired and flooded every time you showered but otherwise ok. We faced the main pool from our balcony and was a lovely view when looking out day or night.

Currently staying here with my family. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The housekeeping is very very poor the beds are never changed, the hallway and stairs haven’t been cleaned yet and we have been here 4 days. The food is ok not a great selection at all and very luke warm no matter what time you go. The cafe for cakes is good but anything on the menu isn’t included in all inclusive. You get one bottle of water when you arrive not per guest per room and you are expected to refill this. As I have a baby with me I requested more bottles as we’re constantly having to go up and down for water for the kettle, couldn’t have another. My partner actually seen the chef in the toilet who didn’t wash his hands after going to the toilet and then came back into the restaurant and proceeded to serve food. The family suite is very grubby I can appreciate wear and tear but it’s just really dirty never cleaned requested a deep clean and there is still mess and grime all around. If the hotel put as much effort as they do into buffing the marble in the lobby the hotel would be immaculate. Had to complain as the towels that we used the night before was soaking put them on the floor to be changed they got folded and put back to use. The bathrooms are dated and dirty smelling like an old peoples home. The pool has bits floating around in it and I know the hotel can’t control this but the flys that are around the pool in insane. Also sat round the pool has a sewage cheesy smell that comes and goes. The location is literally in the middle of a housing estate there is nothing unless you want to get a bus ride Basically the hotel needs a total revamp and cleaners who actually clean

We have just got home from a week here and had to write a review as there are so many people moaning and we’ve had the best holiday here. The rooms were big and the beds were comfy. They are cleaned every day. They probably could do with a refresh soon but have been made properly, and not cheaply. We didn’t hear any other guests from our room. Lovely view of the pool and sunset from our balcony. The service all week was brilliant, the staff all work very hard and are polite and welcoming. The food was some of the best we have had, fresh, lots of selection and we really enjoyed the Italian restaurant. We took the kids on the bus to the waterpark one day and they really enjoyed it. We also visited Saint Raphaelo beach - a short bus journey away and beautiful! We found it perfect with children ages 13,10,8 and 6. There are shops a short walk away for souvenirs. We also watched the sunrise on the beach by the hotel one day which was stunning. Yes the sunbed situation is ridiculous- however I am not sure how the hotel are meant to police this. If you want a sunbed on the ‘front line’ by the pool then people queue at 7:30am and it is the behaviour of the guests that is quite embarrassing- people actually running and throwing towels- not the hotels fault. We did manage to find sunbeds when we needed them without queuing.
