Coffee and water need to be requested at the front desk. If two people stay in a double room, they need to register in advance, otherwise the front desk will charge per person. I heard that this is how Europe charges. This is the first time I have encountered this. I don't understand it.

One of the nicest experiences in Limassol’s hotels, i stayed for more than 10 days during May-June and really enjoyed the atmosphere in Tsan hotel. The staff are an amazing people, very friendly and helpful especially the reservation manager Nicolleta and the ladies on the reception Nicoleta, Yulanda & Fatema. The restaurant staff was so friendly Emellio, the french lady and the F/B manager did made us feel like at home during the breakfast. The hotel rooms are always clean. Room was so comfortable -the studio-. Location is also so convenient with all the restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & facilities are around. Sea is just a 4 minutes walking distance. In general the atmosphere was amazing. This hotel is highly recommended.

A remarkable stay at Tsanotel, really enjoyed everything in this hotel. Whether it is for business or for holidays, it is a great value for money. The rooms were very clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and nice balconies. The buffet breakfast is all you can ask for, offering plenty of tasty choices. There is a nice outdoors swimming pool available, with a pool bar. The hotel is in a prime location, just 150m away from the sea, in an area full of cafe, bars, restaurants and mini markets. Last, but not least, the ownership and all the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Special mention for Mrs. Yiota at the reception desk, who is always friendly, caring and ready to assist whenever she is asked. I will definitely stay at Tsanotel every time I return to Limassol

I have stayed in Limassol,many times,but this was my first stay at Tsanotel. Overall,I was very impressed with the hotel.. Bus stop,into town,very close by. The staff were very friendly,and welcoming,in particular,Nicolette and the ladies on reception,the bar staff,the staff in the breakfast room,and the lady who kept my room clean and tidy. The hotel was spotless clean everywhere ,which was great. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot and cold offerings. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at Tsanotel,again,if they will have me

First of all my wife is pregnant 8 months we went for breakfast and kindly asked for an outside table that i would move 2 meters , the answer from manager was I won't change the concept of the restaurant. ( Rest of the tables were under the sun ) Second we didn't have the door card that identifies entry for cleaners, and as my wife was laying someone came in without nockinig the door, while my wife called the reception to complain manager sed you should have your identification card on your door ( we didn't have one in the room ) and hang up In generally not happy at all with our visit

Last minute booking at this hotel after suggestion via my University. I didn't regret it. Super location, parking lot available, friendly staff, good prices, modern decoration, large rooms, great WiFi connection and cleanliness. The best part was the room that I was given (without asking in advance) and I enjoyed it. It had a wonderful view and it was located in a quiet corner of the fifth floor. Furthermore, I kindly express some constructive feedback such as a better maintenance of the pool as at the bottom there were some damages and small pieces, like small stones. Moreover, some fried choices at the breakfast could be replaced, eg.fresh, not fried, halloumi. Additionally, I would like to mention the upgrade you did on the buffet to serve the food. The room is not ready for arrival time, they don't even let us leave our things. At the reception do not turn on the air conditioning, very stuffy, dizzy. For half an hour they say that in five minutes it will be ready, but nothing changes. …. …..
