Never go when they are quite full and during the transition period like now, from winter to spring, i.e from hot to cold. The room 410 was assigned and it was pretty bad. Asked for fan, with 30 minutes, then told us fan spoilt after we checked again. They then agree to change room after much discussion with our tour guide. Room 410- only heater, hot air from vent was available with Aircon cool air not available. Asked to open windows but this room faces the main road with moderate traffic. Further more, the facade outside our room, had lights and attracted many insects. Both rooms- the bed was super soft and the pillows were medium firm. So u will sink in with your neck tilted forward. I woke up with a headache and after an hour, became a splitting migraine and vomited. Service- the housekeeping lady whom served as our point of contact with reception, was friendly and warm throughout. Can tell she tried her best, in interacting with us.

Resepsiyonda görevli arkadaşımız çok güler yüzlü bir şekilde bizleri karşıladı, işlemlerimizi de hızlı bir şekilde yaparak odamıza yerleştik. Restorandaki görevli personel de işini severek yapan güler yüzlü kişilerdi. Otel konum olarak da çok merkezi bir yerde, bu da ulaşım açısından bizleri çok rahatlattı. Gitmek isteyenlere gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim, herşey için çok teşekkürler Elifim Resort Hotel...

Iam from Indonesia. This great hotel with the best crew. New hotel with awesome interior and exterior. Nice experience stay in bolu and I gt Elifim hotel iam happy. I will stay one night if I comeback to bolu.

A resort hotel in Bolu with impressive interior design. Cozy comfortable rooms suitable for travelers. Restaurant nicely arranged with good service. A remarkably grand exterior outlook with spacious parking. Friendly staff providing good service. A truly worthy to spend time here. A cozy comfortable hotel.

The hotel is Nice especially their breakfast packet. The room is enough, not too large but enough for 2 people. Be aware of the bathroom because there is no door between the shower and closet area. The staff didn't speak English well so they can't help without local guide. Overall it was nice stay there.

Kasım ara tatilinde ailecek bölgeyi gezmek için gitmiştik.Araştırmalarımıza göre fiyat performans en iyi yer burasıydı ki iyki de burayı tercih etmişiz.Tatilimizin ilk gecesi ne yazık ki böbreklerimde taş problemi yaşadım ve acile gittik.Gece resepsiyondaki görevli aracımız olup olmadığını,hastanenin yerini bilip bilmediğimizi,yardıma ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sürekli yeniledi.Hastane dönüşü de istersek kalan günlerimizi sene içinde başka bir zaman kullanabileceğimizi söylediler.Bende ailemle birlikte nisan ara tatilde tekrar geldim,temizliği olsun,yemekleri olsun,kahvaltıları olsun çok çok yeterliydi.Çalışan temizlik personeli de çok ilgiliydi.Tek eksiği yol kenarı olduğu için gece saatlerinde yol sesi biraz rahatsız ediciydi.Gezilmesi gerekenleri gezip gördükten 3 gece sonra çıkışımızı yaptık ve dedikleri gibi tekrar ücret almadan bizi ağırladılar.Bolu bölgesine tekrar gittiğimde başka biryer aramaya gerek yok…

Öncelikle otelin konumu çok güzel. Arkut dağı ve esentepe mesire alanına çok yakın konumda. Odaların temizliği büyüklüğü güzeldi. Isınmasından memnun kaldık. Sabah kahvaltısı fiyat performans olarak yeterliydi. İsteğe göre omlet yapıyorlar o kurtarıcı oldu. Ama akşam yemeği yeterli değildi. 2 gece kaldık ilk gün fena değildi ama ikimci gün maalesef dışarıda yedik. Gün içerisinde restoran kısmını kullanabiliriz. Menüden ücret karşılığında yemek tatlı vs yenilebilir. Fiyatlar normal. Restoran çalışanları çok ilgili alakalıydı . Spa bölümü kapalı havuzu sıcaktı ama soyunma odası aşırı soğuktu hamam ve havuz arasında olan mesafe de serindi o kısımlarda bornoz olsa kurtarıcı olurdu. Çocuklu gidecek ailelerin yanında çocuk bornozu götürmesini tavsiye ederim. Genel anlamda otelden memnun döndük. Çıkışta resepsiyonda tuğba hanıma şikayetimizi dile getirdik bizimle çok ilgilendi otel müdürü mehmet bey bir önceki akşam yemeğindeki memnuniyetimizi telafi etti sağ olsun. Bir sonraki tatilimizde tercih ederiz.
