We stayed in the apartment complex for a total of 12 days and were initially surprised by the size of the room and the furnishings :) Unfortunately, the television was broken from day one and it was only replaced after three days (after complaining several times). The two mats were also very worn out, so that the springs were pressing into the body. Well, we knew that the standards were different here. In addition, housekeeping didn't come at all on two days and the bathroom was only cleaned inadequately, if at all. There was still dirt in the corners from the guests before. :(( But we had nothing to complain about when it came to changing the towels. But the staff were very nice. Conclusion: the apartment is sufficient for sleeping if you are aware that you have to expect compromises.

Unacceptable!!! I made a reservation with a deposit of €82 and after 2 days I canceled because the rooms had nothing to do with the photos on the site. They refuse to refund my deposit because that's what the site says. The reservation was for August, i.e. for 5 months after!!!
